Hotel is clean and well organized. The staff were amazing and attentive to all of our requests. James one of the employees, made sure we had everything we needed and our stay was as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a delightful hotel experience! We will definitely be back next time!

The hotel is great overall (the location, the room, the breakfast) - but what really made this hotel standout was the staff. Sabi, Martin, and are Jame one of the best people I have met on my travels. It was so much fun spending time with them and I highly recommend you do too!

Great hotel! Very good location. Walking distance from all touristy places. The staff are very nice and helping. They booked all of our tours with good price and service. Just talk with Savi and you are good to go. Breakfast is delicious also.

Our experience has been wonderful and indescribable. We stayed in the city view room, which was AMAZING. The amenities were of high quality, comfortable and spacious. The staff was very attentive. The breakfast was excellent. I 100% recommend this hotel.

Central location - Best staff and customer service. We stayed here for 3 nights at the start of our trip and then for 1 night upon returning from Sapa and before going to Ninh Binh. Located in the Old Quarter, easy walking distance to the shops, restaurants, night market.They had an a la carte menu for breakfast in addition to the buffet and were so happy to cater for our vegan dietary requirements. All the staff from the door staff, reception staff and restaurant were so helpful. This was such a thoughtful gesture and it touched our hearts. Thank you so much.

Excellent hotel in the middle of Hanoi’s old quarter. Great location. Hotel is beautiful, super clean and the staff is great. Special mention to their customer care/ guest services Martin, he is excellent! He makes sure you set with everything you need, offered to get a breakfast packed due to the very early tour pick. Also advise to enjoy breakfast and informed when the tour guide was in lobby ready to pick up. So there was need to wait in lobby for the tour pick up, instead waited in the restaurant with a nice view and a coffee.

I had such a fabulous time at Hanoi Lheritage Diamond Hotel that i extended my stay.. twice! The staff make you feel at home and welcome. They were excellent at arranging tours to make the most of my time and budget. Martin even took me to repair my broken bag and Apple sorted out all my personal needs so i could confidently see Vietnam on my own. You will be a lucky traveller to stay right on food street with this charming hotel. Highly recommended.

The hotel is in a great location, everything you need on your doorstep and a five minute stroll to the lake. Of all the hotels I stayed in during my trip this was one of the most peaceful experiences, I got a good nights sleep ! The staff are super attentive and friendly, I got a great pedicure in the spa, breakfast (as a vegetarian) was one of the best I’d found. If I return to Hanoi I’d happily stay here again. Shout out to Sabi in particular for all her help during my stay. Mini bar prices were very acceptable, first time in years I’ve actually used a hotel mini bar

Hanoi Lheritage Diamond is an absolutely stunning hotel hidden within the hustle and bustle of Hanoi. A welcome escape from the crazy streets. We stayed in the hotel multiple nights during our time in Vietnam, each time in an upgraded room. The building's interior is meticulously clean and decorated beautifully. Each room we stayed in was incredibly comfortable and the extra added touches were appreciated. The staff treats everyone like royalty and makes you feel special. They spoke excellent English and somehow remembered our names wherever we went. We loved the welcome drinks while checking in. Sabi took care of all of our tours and transfers. She kept in touch via WhatsApp throughout the trip to make sure we were taken care of and even scheduled a last-minute transfer from Ninh Binh. She deserves an award for her level of hospitality.
