It’s a nice hotel rooms are spacious comfortable modern and really clean. Indoor Spa is not very big but there are only a few guests so that’s fine.

It’s about 2.5 km out of town, from earlier reviews we thought the shuttle bus would be every hour, ist actually only every 1.5 hours max, in the evening 2 hours and mid day there’s a 3.5 hours break. You have to book in advance with the reception and they have only a Vietnamese telephone number so it’s hard to change your mind it’s all somewhat circuitous. It should run every hour. The staff even leading positions is not very good in English which makes it hard to explain things to them. We had to change rooms when we extended our booking, after packing everything and bring it down to the lobby they said we can stay in the same room, nobody managed to tell us. Watch out to not make your towels too dirty with mud from hiking or so or you will have to pay for them..

I love everything here! - Hotel is very new, spacious, nice design and decoration. - Many facilities, indoor & outdoor pools, sauna, fitness, Kids room, sky lounge. - My room is very spacious, super clean and quiet. Bed is also comfy. - If no foggy, you can see nice view from balcony of the restaurant. - All staffs are very nice, friendly and helpful. - Breakfast is variety. - Close to Fanxipan cable car. Hotel sent me there by hotel shuttle car. Cable car ticket can be purchased at the hotel as well. - There is free shuttle service from hotel to Sapa center and return back to hotel.

The hotel is very new which is very noticeable. The room was comfortable and big. The hotel is right next to the Fansipan Park area, so you can walk there if you want to go up to the top of the mountain with the cable car. The view from the room is incredible, if the weather allows for it. We had 1 day with no fog and a great view but 2 days with thick fog where nothing was visible. The restaurant is also very nice and a good alternative to dine in a more fancy way, compared to the usual restaurants in Sa Pa. The pool area is also well-made with a warm inside pool and a cool outside pool. Also with a great view on the valley and mountains.

Hotel is nice and clean. Mostly friendly staff and very helpful front desk service. Amenities were adequate, what surprised me was a children’s play area within the hotel. It never felt understaffed even though we were in off-peak season. Excellent breakfast buffet spread although repetitive throughout the 5 days we stayed there, give or take that variety is based on current occupancy rate as well. Excellent concierge that used buggy carts to fetch us to and fro our different bungalows. Big wide expansive space within this accommodation so you’d never feel cramped or stretched.

One particular incident that we weren’t too pleased about was while our children were playing in the heated shallow pool, the staff waited till we weren’t aware to speak to the children directly to get them to be quiet. Besides the language barrier, why was the staff was talking directly to the children instead of us adults? This is not professional and playing on children’s vulnerabilities. I’m curious to why is there a policy for a library curfew in the swimming pool.

The service from the staff wasn’t the best but we don’t feel this is entirely their fault. The management of the hotel should be giving them better training so the staff feel more comfortable in their roles, making for a better all round experience for guests and the staff. The spa is beautiful however, no one told us there was a sauna in the bathrooms in the pool room that we could have used for free.

Spacious and clean 2-bedroom 2-bathroom bungalow with large bathtub, wood furnishings like a cozy cabin in the mountains. Excellent service. Free buggy between lobby-bungalow (or can walk 2mins uphill) and lobby-Fansipan cable car station. Free shuttle (according to schedule) to Sapa church in town. Very beautiful resort with amazing views and scenic spots, can spend one-day itinerary here (there's a trekking path). We glimpsed a few rainbows due to frequent drizzles and sunshine. Nice pool with views and indoor heated jacuzzi. Can see the cable car from our bungalow. Excellent breakfast spread with mountain views - different Vietnamese cuisine served each morning (beef/ chicken pho, bun cha, banh mi, banh cuon, sticky rice) you can have all the Vietnamese food just having breakfast here. Western and Indian food also served.

It is outside Sapa town and not within walking distance to restaurants, this is overcome by the free shuttle service (need to book in advance). Price a bit higher considering it is 5-star and located on top of a hill.

Phenomenal and Exceptional Stay. Totally worth every penny. We are glad that we chose this hotel. All the facilities are so unique and modern. Loved thr interior of the hotel, rooms, facilities. Especially the pool, Spa, Sauna was a standout totally unique experience. The views are amazing. They also have an amazing and spacious Karoke rooms. Food and drinks were amazing. Hotel is well maintained and kept clean. The best part about the hotel is the team members. Every team member that you meet greets you with a smile and welcome. They go above and beyond to ensure the guests are happy. Even if they may not extremely fluent in English, they still try their best to understand and cater the guest needs which is remarkable. Two of the staffs that stood out was Sophie the front desk manager and also Joseph the Restaurant Manager who were always available to assist you to ensuring that you get the best services possible. Highly recommend this property to anyone who is comming to Sa Pa. We cannot wait to be back! Hooe that this brand can expand further and maybe one day come to the Maldives 😍😍😍 Well done & Bravo!

Absolutely stunning rooms. Beautiful views. Breakfast buffet was great. We had booked a lot of tours so sadly we were hardly at this hotel most of the day. When we come back we would not book as many tours so we could enjoy the hotel more and their spa services. The outdoor pool had breathtaking views - however it is only open until 7 pm which is EXTREMELY disappointing and the hot tub was large and nice but not very clean. Be sure to be in the pool with your camera at sunset - just stunning pics.

Pool hours too limited - closes at 7 pm. Shuttle buses into town not at good times but a taxi is only a few dollars into town so we booked our own transportation.

Lady Hill Sapa Resort is an absolute gem just outside the bustle of Sapa town and just a short walk from the Fansipan cable car. The jacuzzi and infinity pool are spectacular, with panoramic views of the valley, and the spa is exactly what we needed after a few days of trekking. The rooms are beautifully designed, with all possible amenities and details, and large windows framing the stunning Fansipan peak — taking a bath or waking up to that view was unforgettable. The buffet breakfast is another highlight: varied, fresh, and genuinely delicious, catering to many tastes. All in all, Lady Hill Sapa Resort was a real treat and a perfect blend of comfort, style, and serenity in the mountains. Highly recommended as your base in Sapa.

The massages were excellent, though I’d recommend confirming your booking firmly in advance as on arrival they told me they were fully booked despite having pre-booked, but thankfully they were able to accommodate us in the end. While the overall experience was fantastic, it's worth noting that English was limited among most of the staff, especially in the restaurant and bar - something you wouldn’t quite expect at a 5-star hotel. Still, everyone was kind and helpful, and we managed fine.

Lady Hill is perhaps the most exclusive resort there. Loved the location. It's just a buggy/car ride down to town because it's up the hill, so it's away from the pollution, noise, and crowds. Next door to the Fansipan cable car station so it is super convenient to plan a trip up the mountain. Alot of variety and quality in the breakfast spread. Heated jacuzzi pool is always on for guests too. Staff are very helpful, especially Martin from the front desk. Kids playground is indoors so that's good too.

Wish there were arranged activities for families and kids to meet and do things together.
