We booked our stay through Booking.com, and one thing to keep in mind is to double-check the room type you choose. Initially, we were given a room without a window, which wasn’t clearly indicated in the booking. However, once we mentioned this at the reception, the issue was resolved extremely quickly — we even received a free upgrade to a room with a window, which was a wonderful surprise. The overall experience was very positive. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. While the furnishings were perhaps a little older, they were well-maintained and didn’t detract from the stay at all. The hotel itself is generally well-kept, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making the entire stay feel warm and welcoming.

Room facility was very good and bath room also very good. Good location and easy to find. This was my 02nd time in this hotel. As early experience we selected in 02nd occasion also . Breakfast having more selections and their Vietnamese soup was excellent, Also the lady manager and there all other reception staff very friendly .The girl who was slightly short( I forgot the name ,don't angry with me),given us maximum support to enhance our trip to Sapa. Special thank for her. Carry on your service. If we go again this our first selection. Recommended for every guest to Sapa. Thank you for all.

The hotel is centrally located, just a short walk from Sun Plaza, where the train to Fansipan departs. Cafés, souvenir stores, and trekking gear shops are conveniently situated nearby. The staff especially Ms. Dua were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and hospitable. The room and the bathroom were spacious, larger than the standard size, and featured a private balcony with a seating area.

The lighting in both the room and bathroom was so dim that it felt as though we were inside a tunnel. It wasn’t a major issue for us since we spent most of our time outdoors, but if you plan to shave or do some reading while relaxing, good luck! The owner seems to be aware of the problem but hasn’t taken any steps to fix the dim lights.

SAPA CENTRE hotel is a perfect hotel for us. Excellent location in the center of the main streets. The room is large, fragrant with a balcony overlooking the street. Hot water and a spacious shower. Through messages on Booking we announced that we would arrive after check-in hours. So, as promised, they waited for us at the reception until very late at night. In the morning we met the most professional and special receptionist. A receptionist named Selena booked us an amazing private tour at a great price in the villages, in the rice fields. Selena also booked us tickets for the Sleeper. The hotel has a restaurant with great food. Try it, you won't lose. This is an excellent hotel in every way.

We had a wonderful stay at Sapa Centre Hotel! The staff were incredibly accommodating and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They were attentive to our needs and went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable. Everyone was friendly, and the food was also delicious! We’ll definitely be back in Sapa — and there’s no doubt we’ll be staying here again.

Our room initially had a weak or not-so-functional air conditioner, but the staff responded quickly and checked it right away. Thankfully, it improved, and the fan in the room also helped circulate the cool air, making our stay more comfortable.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—just a 1-2 minute walk to Sapa Station, making it very convenient for taking the train and cable car up to Fansipan. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive. They even offered to change our room to one with a better view once it became available, which we really appreciated. A special thank you to Van Tien, who took excellent care of us throughout our stay. He speaks fluent English and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. Oh ya, the bed is very comfortable!

Overall, we have nothing to complain about, except for the hair dryer, which did not have hot air and was a bit dirty. After we mentioned this, Van Tien promptly provided a separate hair dryer. A big thank you to him for his help.

My recent stay at the Sapa Centre Hotel was absolutely fantastic, and I can't recommend it highly enough! The hotel's location is genuinely unbeatable – right in the heart of Sapa, making it incredibly convenient for exploring everything the town has to offer. Being just a stone's throw away from Sun Plaza was a huge bonus, allowing for easy access to key attractions. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the incredible staff, particularly Ms. Dua Lipa (Dua) and Ms. Selena. These two ladies are simply amazing! From the moment I arrived, they were friendly, exceptionally helpful, and genuinely went out of their way to ensure I had a perfect stay. Their warm demeanour and willingness to assist with anything, from local tips to just a friendly chat, made a huge difference. Beyond the outstanding service, I was completely blown away by the thoughtfulness shown by the hotel. Upon entering my room, I was met with a beautifully arranged space, complete with birthday wishes, lovely roses, and fresh oranges. This unexpected gesture was incredibly touching and truly made me feel valued and celebrated. It's these kinds of personal touches that elevate a stay from good to truly memorable. The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed, providing a perfect sanctuary after a day of exploring. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is welcoming and efficient. Sapa Centre Hotel is the ideal choice for anyone visiting Sapa. Its prime location, combined with the exceptional hospitality of its staff – especially Ms. Dua and Ms. Selena – and their delightful attention to detail creates an experience that you won't soon forget. They can improve by naming the dishes for buffet breakfast and complement toiletries. I only saw shampoo and no body wash. But this is not a shiw stopper from staying here again in future.

The hotel’s location is right in the center of the town, very close to the train station, restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, etc. thus walking / getting around is super easy. The staff is also very nice, we’re greeted by Tim when we checked in who’s very warm and accommodating. Amenities and hotel service wise, everything is okay. Good wifi connection inside the room, nice breakfast (love their homemade yogurt), decent room size for a group of 3, they have daily room cleaning, soundproofing is okay because I don’t remember hearing the next room or anything from the outside, and water heater works perfectly. Overall, we did not regret staying with them. You will definitely get your money’s worth. 👍 👍 👍

Our overall stay was splendid. What made it the most special is Tintin, the receptionist. He was nothing short of friendly, accommodating and welcoming. He's very cheerful as well every time he sees us. The hotel should definitely give him a raise for everything he does! The location of the hotel is perfect for you to walk everywhere and since Sapa is not that big anyway. The size of the room is big enough which we truly appreciate.

The accommodation is what you get for the price you pay. They try their best to be clean with it but it is slightly run down.

The staff especially Ms.Dua and her beautiful buddy at the reception desk were very friendly and always attentive to all our needs the whole time of our stay. Special mention also to Mr.Pogi of Sapa Centre Hotel,Mr.Tin Tin who helped us cook their special hot pot dinner and made us truly satisfied.The hotel location is perfect as it is in the center and near all the major attractions. The breakfast buffet was good enough with plenty of choices.We enjoyed our time and will definitely come back again to this hotel in our next trip to Sapa.
