we loved everything about the hotel- the katsuya restaurant, the pool, the rooms, the view, the staff. truly the first hotel that exceeded my expectations.

The selection of breakfast could be varied slightly more to accommodate, however the food was fresh everyday and replenished well

The Japanese restaurant was great, delicious cocktails at the Hudson. Thanks Tony, I’ll never forget the Tennessee Liplock cocktail! Well equipped gym with great view. The housekeeping staff were super friendly & efficient.

The breakfast was very good, tasty with many varieties The staff for housekeeping was very nice he made nice decorations with towels. I think his name is Gurjeet.

Bathroom is not equipped with tooth brush and paste, you have to order it from housekeeping. As well as the iron and ironing board.

The Hyde staff were amazing, providing exceptional customer service and going above and beyond to ensure all guests felt welcome and valued. Their professionalism and attentiveness created a memorable and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Nothing. It was one of the best hotel in Dubai

Τhe room was very spacious and comfortable. Containing a king bed and a small living room, alongside a desk and a balcony that had Burj Khalifa views overlooking the pool. I was particularly surprised that during our daily cleaning, for which Aakash did amazing job, we were provided everyday with complementary bottles of water. Stuff were available at allo times for any question and support required. Breakfast buffet was providing multiple choices. Location is very close to downtown, just a 5-10 min taxi ride with no traffic.

Everything, especially the view. The staff was great and attended to my needs at all hours of the night. My room was 2211, and the view was worth it. The room was cheap for the view and the food on site. The young ladies who worked downstairs at the food court were top knotch. Everyone smiled at all times.

Nothing. I generally don't like the heat of Dubai. The design of Dubai is terrible, generally speaking as you have to drive or walk for 10 min around to get across the street. Personally, the HOTEL should put an ATM on site. One small thing is it should be easier to turn off the closet light as I didn't know how when I first arrived.
