Couldn’t fault anything. I would like to say thank you to Mohammed El Gadoosy who found my gold necklace in the swimming pool. Really appreciate it. Also Lamia Warda was very nice during our check out. All staff were very helpful. Definitely would stay again. Location was perfect.

Unfortunately I forgot some of my clothes in the room after check out. The hotel doesn’t post it so luckily one of my husband friend’s ll collect it but I couldn’t understand why somebody couldn’t send it to me. I have offered to pay the postage. There were a lot of foreign guests and I’m sure I wasn’t first person who forgot something in the hotel.

The location is good for families. The hotel is located inside a shopping centre. There are a lot of activities and restaurants for the family. The hotel itself has 4 restaurants and the food is tasty. We were given the newly refurbished room. The room was quiet but is little bite far from the pool. There is an indoor and outdoor pool and the spa facilities are a bonus. We had a lovely stay. The pillows were too hard. Please ensure that you can offer soft pillows to customers. The check out is at 12.00pm. We went for a walk around 9 am and when we came back, our room was opened and a member of the cleaning staff was inside our room and when he saw us, he asked us when we were checking out. I did find it quite intrusive. They should be told by the reception when the room is vacant and not asking customers when they were to leave. Not professional. Apart from that, we had a lovely time.

The spacious deluxe room excelled all my expectations, the staff are extremely attentive, smiley and welcoming team members, the view of the pool was beautiful, and the two enormous super king beds were pristinely clean and very comfortable...I have musculoskeletal disease, and requested at least 6 extra pillows - I received 8 just for my bed alone...All of my requests were met, and prior to my visit all of my messages were answered immediately...Roberto's Italian food restaurant was quietly attentive, (I visited in late November)...The taverna type pool side restaurant was extremely atmospheric...This Hotel is situated immediately within a large shopping Mall, which has an extensive selection of shops...I very highly recommend this beautifully spectacular Hotel for your Alexandria visit, for the Egyptian experience of a lifetime...

I absolutely loved this spectacular Hilton Green Plaza Hotel, in Alexandria...If you're visiting Alexandria, Egypt then I recommended this Hilton Hotel very highly...Having previously visited Alexandria in September of 2021 I chose to stay at the Hilton Corniche...The Hilton Hotel of my choice having visited both, is the Hilton Green Plaza Hotel

New section of rooms was amazing but with a decent view nor many options when it comes to family staying, restaurants of the hotel were not sufficient neither is the room service food, but the location of it is very good there’s a complex of modern places surrounding it and a Starbucks, place is nice for a couple of days, the staff tries there maximum effort to be at your service. Only disappointing part was that we have not been offered to stay in the new section until we discovered it in the the facility, but the reception staff were flexible in admitting us to it. Rooms packages were not clear to us especially regarding the meals arrangements, also the executive lounge was really disappointing.

We loved the friendly service & the room was absolutely stunning. We felt much safer here compared to the previous hotel & were able to walk around freely. The complex has a great family atmosphere. We loved it so much that we didn't want to leave.

I think there could be better signage for the main restaurant & pool. We tried to order breakfast for the room but we were told we needed to go to the restaurant because it was in our package, even though we were willing to pay for the additional breakfast to be delivered.

It is a cozy and clean hotel with a great location, connected to a live shopping mall with lots of shops, cafes, and restaurants. The reception staff are very decent and helpful. Mr. Sherif gave us a complimentary upgrade to an executive room. The way from the lobby to the rooms with an interior design of an airport bridge takes you to the airplane. Room service is a rapid. The hotel has a spa, salon, and massage service, which is great during your stay, even if it's short.

The car parking is for extra charges for the hotel guest!

The hotel is clean and comfortable. Rooms are spacious, and staff are very friendly and helpful.

The room that we stayed was standard room, actually it was the same room that we booked, but it was old, and it needs to get renovated. They showed us another room while we were leaving (deluxe one) it is renovated and very clean. If we stayed there again we shall book the deluxe one, we will never be booking the standard room at all.

Location was good. It is inside the open mall, that is good as you may spend some time outside in the evening. Staff was professional, breakfast was OK and the price was fair

Since the shops were closing quite late at night, the street was too crowded and it was hard to sleep. May be it is because the feast time and may not be always like that. The rooms were old furnished and looking depressing. I could not feel cleanliness due to old carpets and curtains.

The location is good and surrounding facilities are convenient however it gets noisy in the evening. The hotel has an indoor pool as well. if traveling with kids this hotel is a great option as you have a cinema and playing area for kids within the hotel facilities.

The only thing I did not like was that the cleaning lady would wake us up every morning to check what time she can clean the room even if we have the Do not disturb sign

Everything is wonderful in the hotel services, I would like to thank Ms. Aliaa 🌹 at the reception, she is the most helpful and very nice person and always tells us if we need anything or not, She also gave us the most beautiful room.I would also like to thank Ms. Mariam Mikhail in the main restaurant, she is also helpful and always smiling, thank you very much to all of you.
