Staff was very friendly, we requested for rooms next to each other or nearby , the request was well considered . Also when We requested to warm food in microwave for our kids and staff very politely offered help. The staff at restaurant took a very good care of our whole family during the breakfast. The coffee and omelette was good. The housekeeping staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Ample parking and close to Liverpool Westfield mall.

I like the property the staff at the holiday inn are very friendly , the security is friendly at the bistro ..

The actual people at beer yard area there was a group of males on the table they are the regulars people who do come as well targeting a women calling her fatty fat this , then there was girls in the group who were targeting this girl while these two girls who were staying at the hotel… Zoey ( blonde) hair and Jazie (black hair ) with tattoos doing coke in the bathroom near the poker side toilets who keeps it on her bag I have seen these girls multiple times doing coke in the bathrooms on Saturday nights , I thought this was a great friend place but actually I am appalled and disgusted by the people you allow to come to this establishment

Staff were lovely, friendly and efficient Rooms spacious, clean and had amenities needed On-site parking was great Morning buffet breakfast was Brilliant, perfect to fill up 2 teenagers before a day of sport. Meals in the bistro were nice Location easy to get into and out of

Elevator was rather small, 4 adults and it was full Had to get 2 rooms for a family travelling together… be nice to have some various family based options for bed variations, ie double and 3 singles

The customer service was exceptional. The buffet breakfast was lovely and had many options (e.g., juicer with veggies and fruits provided, yoghurt bar, various bread options with conventional toaster oven, various options for juice, and they even had a barista on hand, etc). The King Suite with balcony was absolutely lovely, the bed was super comfortable and the pillows were even better, and the shower was very nice and big, it had a double showerhead with a (third shower head) rainfall showerhead in the middle. Everything was spotless.

The power outage due to the heat wave (40 plus degrees). Everything including the lights, aircon and even the fob key for all doors were not working for the entirety of the power outage (an hour or so).

We are travelling with two preschoolers and very much enjoyed our stay, room was clean and spacious, there is a gentleman who help us with our check in was very friendly and offered couple of tips on dinner options, location and opening hours for the gym etc. Buffet breakfast spread was generous and I really like the fact that I get to juice some healthy fruit juices on my own. Many different pastries to choose from. Superb! I'd love to come back.

Staff were super friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed the buffet breakfasts, especially the pancake machine. Nice big restaurant and bar although the vegetarian options were very limited. Ample on site parking.

Room was comfortable but lacked clothes storage for three people staying for a week.

Staff were very welcoming except one guy at reception which Is the reason we didn't extend again. Other than that the hotel Is attached to the warwick which has nice food and for an affordable price. The staff at the bar and restaurant are very helpful and are very friendly.

Room was very comfortable and the staff were very professional and friendly. I did eat in the bistro on the ground floor and was pleasantly surprised for quality and variety of the menu. Staff also in the bistro were very friendly and accomodating.

No complaints about the property. I did use the train, located between Warwick Farm & Cabramatta Stations, the walk was a little long but that was my choice. Once at the train, the trains were very convenience to access the airport.

Even although I asked for a quite room I had my elderly mother with me and it was a long and tiring walk for her to and fro from the room but other wise it was very nice

Its definitely worth considering Holiday Inn Warwick Farm. The rooms are clean and very cordial staff. The train station is almost a km from the hotel, and eating places as also a bit further however overall its a great location with free car parking and easy access to take train to the city.

Bit noisy for rooms close to the main road.
