Great location for attending an event at Olympic Park with free on-site parking; polite staff; comfortable, spacious room and reasonably priced. The inclusion of a lovely breakfast with a very good assortment of foods including sausages, eggs, bacon, toast, pastries, cereals, muffins and fruit along with tea/coffee and fresh juices; and complimentary drinks from the bar was an unexpected bonus! Our family was also welcomed to extended time in using the breakfast amenities (up until 10.30am on Sunday) which was handy for our late sleepers!

The bed was very soft and not to my liking however, others might love a soft, spongy bed! Our room was near the kitchen exhaust so was quite noisy until after hours. There was no microwave oven which would have been handy.

Room was spacious and clean. Coffee/Tea facilities were good as was the mini fridge. Bathroom was fine and presented clean Parking available Breakfast available and it was pretty good, including fresh fruit, juice, toast, eggs and bacon. Staff member on the 19th April did a great job making sure enough fruit and juices were available 👏👏👏

The bed was extremely spongey, the room felt dark and dated. No lift if carrying suitcases. Curtains old but did the job Found the room furniture dated and air conditioner had the front panel missing. I would mention the front steps leading to reception are in need of a good wash down, didn't present well at all.

I've stayed at The Ranch before, and it's always a pleasure to return. The location is great, close to the freeway and train station. The staff is excellent, the rooms are quiet and spacious, and breakfast packs are ready to go when you are. Comfortable beds, decent 4G mobile coverage and an okay hotel WiFi if you prefer. Best of all, it's next door to one of the best steak restaurants in the world!

Not a criticism, but it would be nice to have a microwave in the room, especially when I travel for work.

It was perfect. It delivered exactly what we wanted without additional costly extras which we didn’t need or want to pay for, or squeezing us into a below par room because it was a “lower cost” option. Other hotels/motels should learn from this as an example of delivering realistic expectations at a reasonable price. It connected to the Ranch pub, which is family friendly and a great dinner option if you don’t want to go far. Free drinks vouchers for the pub and a brilliant breakfast pack topped off the experience.

There is very little to complain about. The beds were very soft for our liking, but they are used as a selling point by the hotel. Wouldn’t put me off staying there again though.

Great location, having the restaurant right on the premises, having a set parking spot, the breakfast was brilliant.

The rooms are big with high ceilings. They bedding is good and clean. The rooms are little tired, ie the walls and the bathrooms and curtains. Your could not sit on the balcony as it is right next to the aircond unit. I usually stay at the Nightcap in Pymble and those rooms are more recently renovated so maybe that is why. But the aircond is great, the road noise was not a issue at all.

The staff were outstanding. We attended a family function in the events room and the staff were very professional and the food delicious. We then had dinner on both nights of our stay at the restaurant where again the staff were very helpful and prompt service. I misplaced an ear ring and reported this to the manager on our second night and to my delight his staff found the item and returned it to me. I very much appreciate their efforts in finding and returning the item to me. Surprisingly our room was very quiet and no traffic noise heard. The beds are very comfortable and rooms clean.

Very spacious room with huge bed, TV, little kitchenette, fridge, iron and ironing board. The location was perfect, and even though the hotel is right on a busy road, it was very quiet. There was plenty place to park for free which was an absolute bonus. I loved the breakfast box provided. The bathroom had a very decent size and the water pressure was great.

Although the bed was very comfy, it was a bit soft for me. It's just personal preference though, I still slept like a baby and loved it.

good location , cosy and comfortable. the room is very clean and equipped with all essentials. breakfast was good and served in a small lounge, creating a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere.

we checked in after ours after a long and tiring day, had to walk to the bar next door for assistance. then we had to walk back and wait outside in the cold for the manager to open the door which was inconvenient.

The room was big with a coach and king bed, a desk. Had a mini fridge tea and coffee and a free breakfast pack. Lovely rain shower. Hotel next door for meals and drinks. Had free parking and walking distance to the shopping centre. Staff helpful and friendly. Was given a complimentary drink each on our first night. The room exceeded what I was expecting for the valued price.

Was great maybe a mirror in the room as only mirror is in the bathroom over vanity. Not an issue for us and was advertised very well on the site and paperwork there was no lift had to walk up stairs.

During my recent stay, I encountered a few inconveniences that impacted my overall experience. Regrettably, the room lacked essential amenities such as Wi-Fi, phone service, room service, and complimentary water bottles. It became apparent that guests needed to order water bottles from the Pub personally.
