Great stay, the room was huge for a standard room. The location was good for what we wanted and would recommend..Executive lounge very nice

Bar staff for very busy so took a very long time to get a drink on the first night we were there. The room key stopped working so got shut in the elevator and didnt know the key stopped. Was told by reception we would have to wait in line for all the other guests to check in first before we could get our key fixed. She was not helpful at all!

Staff very friendly. Dave , Natasha , entire team from the executive lounge were very engaging and caring with the children and of course the adult guests. Reception staff super helpful. Place was clean, run very efficiently. Oxbo bar was very nice , team there as a whole were polite and attentive (few exceptions)We had a great stay.

Room we had was a family room with two double beds and sofa bed. The bedroom area was, partitioned by the TV from living area where the sofabed was. It felt a little crowded for our family of 5 (young children). One bathroom and WC was doable but not comfortable for 8 days. We felt we did not have any privacy and had to schedule WC use or where possible share the use of sink, bath, shower at same time which was a new experience for us . The bar staff were not accommodating on one of the evenings when we asked for the external heating (which was in use all the other nights)

The location is beautiful, overlooking the Danube. Getting around Vienna from the hotel is really easy, as there's a metro station nearby. The hotel has a small market open all the time so guests can buy anything they need. The breakfast is very complete and delicious.

They need more specialized bartenders. I ordered a pisco sour, and what I got was truly embarrassing. I understand it's not a cocktail people usually order, as it's famous in South America. But, if we're at a Hilton and paying Hilton prices, I'd expect the bartender to know what he's doing.

The location is odd for a Hilton, at the back of a (not intimidating) council-estate looking area but access to Stadion U-Bahn is easy. It should not put you off though. The breakfast is great, but finding a place to sit not necessarily easy at peak times. The beds are very comfortable.

The pool is nice but unsupervised and at the time when we wanted to use it, a group of people were treating it as it was their own (throwing stuff around, splashing); this is when a pool attendant would have been good. Food at the hotel is dear and option in the near vicinity, limited. The lounge was a bit average, cheese and meatballs on offer during the Happy Hour (between 5pm and 7pm), where alcoholic drinks are on offer. It closes at 8pm. Bar tea/coffee and basic snacks (nuts, cookies, fruits), there is nothing else on offer during the day. If you don't like cheese and are a veggie tea totaller, then it does not offer good value for money.

Spacious rooms with river view. We really liked the executive lounge. The self-service store is useful and very convenient. Very good room service. Getting to the city center is quick and convenient.

The hotel cleanliness could be improved. We asked for extra toilet paper and this was left outside out room on the floor. The breakfast plates are dirty. You have to go through around 4-5 plates to find a clean one. Room was large but the hotel only provides Queen double beds. Therefore my kids had to share the bed. Breakfast was good and had lots of variety however it is a bit chaotic at times.

I stayed for two nights. Compared with the Hilton brand's usual standards, this hotel is a bit old. However, considering the price, I think it's acceptable. The staff at the hotel's front desk have a very good attitude. In particular, there is a staff member who can speak Chinese. I'm sorry I forgot her name, but she gave me the impression of being professional, kind, and responsible. Her attitude towards everyone made me feel at home. The hotel is also extremely friendly towards pets. When my dog urinated on the bed right after we entered the room, After I communicated with the Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk, they quickly replaced the quilt for me. I'm very grateful for that! The food in the hotel restaurant is diverse. Although the prices are a bit high, they are still acceptable. The only drawback is that the hotel is located in the south of Vienna, and it's somewhat far from attractions such as Schönbrunn Palace.

Large rooms, very comfy beds, beautiful view of the Danube from the rooms with the option to have breakfast outside in the morning. Good buffet range of breakfast with speciality coffee machine. The pool and sauna were lovely after a day of sight seeing with good opening hours

It’s a little bit far from the centre of Vienna (20-25 minutes total with walking and metro). When we first arrived we accidentally got sent to the wrong room where a couple were already staying! So not the smoothest check in process

Kind and professional staff (special shoutout to the service crew :). Spacious room with all amentities available. Very cute spa area with a view over Danube, outdoor swimming pool of an appropriate size. About 5 minutes walk to the nearest S-bahn station, less than 10 to the shopping centre.

The shower before the swimming pool had freezing water. Very firm mattress. On the first night I was so tired, I didn't notice, but in hindsight I should mention it to the reception desk, I'm sure they would find a solution.

Clean, spacious, amazing view of the river, food, breakfast, sauna, gym, comfortable bed, friendly staff, good location, near to train & bus station, near to a shopping mall & market, safe, family friendly, facilities, speedy & professional service, free daily water refill, free basic toiletries, sturdy & high end furnishings, peaceful sorroundings, walkable, 4 lifts to each floor, fridge & kettle in bedroom, wireless charging phone system, free wifi, mini market & mini shop in the hotel lobby, executive lounge , restaurant, bar, big television screen, classy decor & Christmas decorations, ATM on the lower ground, private parking spaces, newly built spa/refurbished to high end quality, endless view of Danube river!

Carpet to the floors from level 2 & up are quite dark & make the hallways look dark & gloomy. No automatic slotted key card to the room, meaning you have to manually turn off lights before leaving TV can’t be programmed to English or even the subtitles
