I called to get info regarding shuttles from the airport to the hotel after 1am (when the CDGVal stops running) and the staff was not prepared at all. They told me that I would have to get a cab or an uber (which would cost around 20€) but I luckily found out at the airport that there’s a free shuttle every 10 minutes leaving terminal 2B between 1am and 4am. It would be great if the staff were better informed about it and even better if the hotel displayed cleared info in its announcement.

Location is brilliant, very quiet area / room, staff are lovely.

Within walking distance of the Airport/hotel train station! Everything was super clean! The staff was very nice, helpful, and spoke English. The luggage room was very handy for stashing our bags while we enjoyed our day in Paris. There are lockers for use as well. The burger was delicious ! The breakfast is absolutely worth the extra charge. Lovely french cheeses, meats & breads. Eggs and pancakes, juices, coffee and flavored waters! I filled my water bottle with cucumber mint water! Perfect for the hot day ahead! Thank you for such attention to detail!

The outlets need an adapter. Bring one, borrow one from the front desk (the earlier the better) or purchase one from the vending machine at the Holiday inn across the way. (12€)

As our flight arrived at 9.15pm, we had booked this for an overnight stay rather than fight trains etc to get into Paris straight after arrival. The hotel is easy to get to from Terminal One. Check-in is at the bar and at the time we arrived they were busy serving drinks etc. The room was adequate for what we wanted. It was clean and tidy. Bed comfortable. Breakfast was rather nice, especially when they actually had coffee that wasn't out of an automatic coffee maker.

On arriving at our room and the time we arrived; it would have been nice to be able to make a cuppa and wind down a bit. No tea/coffee available in room. Had to go down to bar to get a drink.

The hotel itself is fine and met our needs - not too expensive, right at the airport to catch a morning flight, reasonably comfortable. Where it overdelivers is the friendly front desk staff and the onsite restaurant where you can order basic fare (pizza, burger, salad, ...).

One snag for us was that one of the 3 rooms our family was assigned had an odd smell (gas?). The front desk quickly assigned us a different room directly above it. That turned out to have the same smell, as did the room directly above that. It seemed the whole stack of rooms directly above each other was affected. The front desk worked with us to find a different room that was great.

Very easy access from Terminal 1 via free CDGVAL train, then a very short walk. Check-in was a breeze. Fun lobby with a great area to hang out; many options for kids to play, both indoors and outside. We had a dinner at the Moxy Bar/Restaurant, and it was excellent. The rooms are comfy and have AC - we slept really well. The breakfast was awesome, with great options, even some GF foods for one of our gluten-free family member. They have a pancake machine - that was fun for kids to use ! On the way to the airport, we have seen two tiny rabbits in the bushes outside the hotel - doesn't get much better than that. Oh, and it is really affordable !

I have mobility issues and the staff could not have been more helpful. They offered to walk around the buffet area to get my breakfast for me. They also supplied a walker aid for me which I wasn't expecting for a 'trendy' hotel. On departure, when I found it difficult to go to my room to get my bags, a member of staff went up to fetch them for me. They also helped me with my bags outside to where the uber came to pick me up. On arrival, the kitchen stopped at 10pm but I was still able to have something filling after hours from the "food jar to be microwaved" section. For the price, I expected zero frills but I was pleasantly surprised

There was a smell in the bathroom so I had to keep the door closed. In fairness, I didn't give them a chance to fix it or tell them because I didn't want to move rooms

Buffet breakfast was very nice, with plenty of different things to choose from. On arrival, the room we were allocated was very hot because of the sun streaming into the room and we could not seem to alter the temperature on the air conditioner. We spoke with reception about this and after checking it out the staff member promptly changed our room to the other side of the corridor where it was much cooler. The day had been exceedingly hot and we appreciated the immediate attention of the staff member. We enjoyed our stay after settling in, and found Moxy to be a great place to stay. Very convenient from the airport, a short shuttle ride (free) and then a 5-minute walk to the hotel. Would recommend and we would definitely stay there again if using Roissi CDG. Thank you!
