close to Robinson manila. staff pleasant and courteous. rooms clean and tidy.

breakfast ( included) needs a little more imagination. breakfast staff a little bit slow in doing their job. refilling of foods takes to long and refill of coffee urn didn’t happen.

Wi-Fi was good. There were multiple pillows. There was a single serving coffee maker. Breakfast was good with fresh cooked eggs and omelets to order.

AC was noisy. Could not get bedlamps to turn off - they only went to dim (maybe I was missing something). Did not find any facial tissues in room.

Good location in the heart of Ermita. there is the Sikat bus/ferry desk inside the hotel, connection to Puerto Galera, Mindoro return ticket for 2900php. March 2023

There has been many changes within the hotel ..( have been using the hotel for over eight years ) some not for the best ..started to charge for leaving luggage ..breakfast very limited…reception area ..all sofas have been removed …also booking in/out could do with some improvement…far too much unnecessary paperwork taking / waiting for quite awhile if booking in/out …and prices of the hotel has risen quite sharply

I was only there for 1 night so I can't really comment, however it was expensive.

The location is good, staff is correct, bedroom is clean, bathroom is good.

The breakfast is really poor (no eggs in continental BF, only bread, no fruits. The aircon is balancing all the time, so it's cold then it stop, then when it's hot it starts again and too cold. We got sore throat in the morning. No window in the room. The price on booking appears like 2500 pesos, but we got it for 4300 The bed was moving. We really didn't sleep good.
