Staff are amazing .the services people in the breakfast the best .the security guy last name Torres always worries for the customer in special at night .he help me to get food because we dont know about food delivery .front dest amazing .the hoisekeeping super sweet .even the taxi people the best

I liked that staff was so helpful. I don't speak Spanish so the staff members that did speak English were very helpful and nice.

Breakfast was supposed to be included in the price of the stay. When I checked in the guy at the desk confirmed that breakfast was included. When I checked out breakfast was added to my stay. I hadn't budgeted this extra expense that's why I checked breakfast included when I booked the property.

Too long for service of drinks around pool and for lunch was not busy and took an hour to give us our lunch , it was entries … not reason for that long . Also laundry service is extremely expensive compared to with other hotels we went to.

Over all 5 stars. What really sticked out was customer service. BF was absolutely off the charts! Staff super helpful and especially huge thank you for mr Enrique! who was more than helpful about local life and advice! Thank You again See you next time! Rannar and Sandra

I liked the staff. Very helpful. Very friendly. The doorman and the young girl at the desk were incredible.

Thé sheets on our bed were torn and had old stains on them when we arrived, but they were quickly changed when we mentioned it. The swimming pool was a bit small.

We came here just to stay one night. We didn't spend a time in the hotel. Everything was ok during our few hours stay.

Beer can be by barrel or by bottles in the restaurant. Not only by cans.
