3 big pools, spacious lobby, big gym, tennis courts, nice privacy in the resort, small public beach nearby, UBER to downtown 4-5 USD

Loud party people, we arrived on a Saturday, many party people in the pool, service did not clean up empty beer bottles around the pool, better on Monday to Wednesday, Thursday to Friday again party people with own music boxes

Hotel and location

I would've rated everything excellent, but I can't because my room had flooded water from the rain that came through the window and when I woke up . I almost slipped . I called for maintenance and know one ever came . I got the house keeping myself and they came in because I went to them and showed them . I went to front desk after and the woman made notes I guess. And said someone would talk me when i came back from a tour . But know one ever did. My cousin had the same issue and got his situation took care of. But i reported mine immediately and nothing was resolved for me. It would've been nice if I was treated the same . That would've made it a excellent stay.

The property was exceptional. The pool was out of this world amazing. The staff was top-notch. I mean, I have never seen a better place in my life, and I travel the world all the time and I have to say that was the best Hilton I’ve ever been to in my life I usually avoid Hilton, but I always go back to the Hilton. The staff was so amazing to me. You know they didn’t have me. They didn’t call my phone when my time was up, they didn’t ring my room or knock on my door. They left me alone. They let me come down when I when I wanted to to extend my stay I mean they’re just really really good people down there.

I’ll be honest with you there was nothing I didn’t like about the property. I mean the elevators are so fast for elevators. You’re never waiting for an elevator. The food is exceptional. Everything was just amazing everything and I will definitely go back and I recommend it to everybody I’ve posted it on Facebook for everybody if they go to cartagena to stay at the Hilton

It was the Hilton brand, so it had at least the basic stuff. Close to the beach. The air conditioner was very fast and efficient.

Slightly dated from the other International named brand hotels in the area. Far from the main square. You are the last to be picked up and dropped off for all of the tours. The water in the shower never got hot, it was warm.

The location was close to all the city activities. Taxi rides were easy to access and the location felt safe. The hotel room was a good size. Housekeeping was great

The access to the beach!! Hilton, why aren’t you capitalizing the beach. The area needs to be raked and extra sand added. Do you not own the sizable beach area over the rock bank?? The Hilton is in desperate need of new lounge furniture and updated ground landscaping. The $30 breakfast is such a waste of money. Please, get a taxi and venture into the city for breakfast.

The room, the pools, in general is a nice and modern hotel.

The Beach area was dirty, with trash literally everywhere. I asked if there weren’t any personal of the hotel who were in charge of cleaning the sand of the hotel beach area at least 1 or 2 times a day, but they didn’t give me any answers.

The staff was polite and friendly, eager to help! We enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was fine. The room was nice, clean and with a beautiful scenery.

The gym was ok but the exercise bar was too high for me. It was necessary to ask for a chair in order to reach it. A way should be found to include attachments that allow the safe use of all gym accessories. Additionally, the surface of the bar was very rough and might hurt your hand. It should be covered with some soft, non-slip material to allow a good grip when exercising. It would be great if you could start a bicycle touring program. For this purpose, you must have bicycles and offer tourists the option of a ride through the city. This involves including a helmet for the head, an instruction manual with maps and routes for cyclists, so that they can plan their ride, and a brief explanation of safety in the city when cycling.

I've been to Cartagena 6 times, and I stay there at your hotel everytime ,because I enjoy everyone there. From house keeping, to the front desk, servers in the restaurant, the pool. Down to the towel lady at the pool. And I get a massage. I probably wouldn't stay anywhere else. Unless I couldn't get a room next time I come. Thanks again everyone 😊

The activities for kids were great, but they should tell you about it since the moment of the check in. Recreational staff were the best.

There was a leakage in our room's bathroom, also value for money could be better if the price would've included breakfast.

All, Services and Facilities were very satisfactory. Except for the White Taxi Service, driver Ricardo Bula, who we used most of the time for the week including a full day at Hotel Aura Baru, offered by the driver, of corse charging the little extra, like he always did. This individual, takes advantage of the customer if you let him and let us down after he commited to take us to the airport at 3:00 am this morning, never showed up, answered the phone or sent a text message to let us know he was not going to be able to provide the service. This individual was constantly praising himself for his honesty and integrity, and we noticed it was not so. Other than this, we can say with all sincerity we enjoyed the stay and will go back in our next opportunity. Thanks for the good service. It was a pleasure to enjoy our breakfast every day with your friendly staff.
