Location was quite good, and it took us not so much time to get to main sightseeing spots. However I didn’t notice that I booked room without a window, so it was not a pleasant surprise. Also we had to look for atm in order to pay a security deposit, as they’d only accept cash or credit card, and no debit card. Breakfast was so so, not big variety of dishes. Staff was very friendly and polite. Room and especially bathroom are a little outdated. Overall, price is great as it includes breakfast. Also room had few international sockets in case if you don’t have socket converter.

Bathroom was a little outdated and had some stains on the floors, and shower cabin was always leaking water a lot. Probably because room didn’t have a window there was a weird smell in the room

staff were friendly, facility was big, spacious, clean and in good location, room was spacious, toilet was big, comfortable,

no cold water in the shower during the day, corridors had a strange smell, breakfast was a bit monotonous, some staff were a bit impatient

absolutely love the breakfast! (compared to previous hotel we booked before-food was awfully bland and boring)🤤 the room's quite spacious enough, we can perform our prayers comfortably. overall the toilet, the room, lobby has been very well kept. kudos!

the hairdyer was quite noisy though it does function as it should. also, should improve on the parking system. we waited for about 10mins at 3am just because the machine broke down and it took quite some time to fix the situation.

It was worth the money in this location. So if you are a traveller, just get this booking done. You get to have a satisfactory complimentary breakfast and then off you go on your travels and sightseeing only to return in the evening. So it's good.

The breakfast can be improved to have eggs counter everyday instead of every alternate day. The number of staff is quite meagre adding to lots of work for the staff. But they still do a good job.

location is good. Room is clean. Most of the staff is polite and nice.

I had to leave the hotel at 7am and the carpark door was locked. I went to reception and they say that they will get the security guy to unlock it. I waited for 15mins and nobody came. Went to reception and then found out that the security guy went back to sleep again.

Room's clean, lotsa things to eat around the area. Near the Bukit Bintang area. The breakfast's OK.

The staff could have advised the guests to get their parking ticket stamped to avoid having to pay money on the way out. Anyways to save time, I rather park outside like everyone does so I do not have to come down from my room just to get a stamp then get up to the parking lot again.

Affordable room rate with breakfast. Good Location. Ample free parking space.

Limited ordinary TV channel. Can get Vision Four channel but not HD picture. The TV picture is not so clear. Maybe because they are still using an ordinary MATV cable connector. I would prefer if they can use the wifi connection with a TV box like Netflix or the same. It would improve the TV watching experience.

No worries for parking at all. Great location as self service laundry , restaurants are available nearby. Security is good enough as can access to the level with room card. That's the reason we always choose this hotel when we have visit plan around here.

The staff were friendly and their service throughout the stay was exceptional. The food served for breakfast was also excellent. The rooms, beds and towels were also very clean.

WiFi was good for the most part, but it was disconnecting at random intervals.

Central located. Near Pudu metro stop. At 5 minutes driving from Bukit Bintag area. Surrended by a lot of Malesian restaurants. Bright and large room, king size bedroom.

Towels was made by a material that didn't get dry you. Shower tube didn't stay stop and water wasn't hot although the electrical heater.
