The staff was friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and inviting. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and loved the open eating area for it. Initially, the room we were given did not have a well-functioning air conditioning unit. The engineer promptly came to check on it and when he determined it was not fixable for the night, the hotel staff immediately provided a new room for us. Great service! Definitely recommend and will stay here when we return. Thanks!

Beautiful and the bars and restaurants on site is amazing, Lloyd the bar tender was amazing and definitely made the bar experience that much better.

Wasn't the staff fault, but the fire alarm woke us up at 6 AM and went off for about an hour. That definitely sucked. As a manager myself, I would have offered guest an incentive of some sort for future stay.

Modern, clean, new, properly with spacious and bright rooms. I like the lobby set up, lively bar. Food is better than the average hotel. Friendly and helpful staff

No microwave even at lobby, a little overpriced

The restaurant in the same property has a cozy ambiance and a recommended signature burger. Also the parking just near the hotel is an asset, although you should pay separately by app.

The reception staff were not friendly enough to be honest. Breakfast was just to be chosen from the brunch menu.

The hotel was excellent with a great location. There are restaurants and a bar within the hotel. There is also plenty of restaurants close by. There is plenty of things close by like pharmacy, deli, breakfast, Wawa. There is a grocery store a couple of miles down the road, which I wish I knew about sooner. The staff was always smiling and very friendly. The parking is easily accessible. The hotel is very clean. Loved it

Awesome hotel

They charged me a $100 extra fee but never mentioned it when I checked in. It has been a week and I have not received the money back.

The property was beautiful I loved the design, and aesthetic. It was quiet and convenient.

The only con I have is the incidental fee being so much. 100/night definitely limited my length of stay.

Great location for visiting Villanova, the staff was so helpful and professional, and the hotel was very comfortable. It met our needs perfectly.

The restaurant in the hotel is very expensive and the service was spotty.
