Just the perfect one noght stay for us as we traveled to Miami. We loved having food options just across the street (Rock N Brews was great!) and we also loved being able to walk the lake in the morning. Breakfast was plentiful and well stocked.

Staff cold have been a bit friendly at the front. The young lady had her ear buds in and was clearly on a personal call with someone and spioke in spanish while checking me in. I know spanish so I knew it was a personal call.

Close to the airport but in a green space with other hotels so it was quiet. Plus there are quite a few restaurants as well as a shopping center with a great tavern named Marlowe's and a movie theatre, all within a 3 to 6 minute walk.

The breakfast was just ok.

Shuttle to the airport was great. Rooms were very clean and staff were very kind and friendly. Hotel lobby is great, very modern and has a flight tracker board in reception. Many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

Rooms are a bit tired but very clean and comfortable.

I like the comfortable bed, and my kids like the hot chocolate machine.

That was only one elevator working, and on the third day, both elevators were damaged, for a person that was staying on the 3rd floor was uncomfortable. Breakfast was ok. I would say the hotel would need to be renovated and have a more modern look to it. The windows were a bit dirty and never seemed to be cleaned as well.

Close to the airport it had a free shuttle, The bed was very comfortable and it we got a good night's sleep after a 30-hour trip. Friendly staff.

Styrofoam plates and bowls plus plastic spoons and forks and knives. This should not be used any more, paper plates would be more environmentally friendly.

The room was cozy and inviting, with all the amenities I needed for a peaceful and restful stay. One of the highlights for me was the food—absolutely delicious! I honestly can’t think of anything I didn’t like about this hotel. Everything was excellent—from the friendly staff to the clean facilities and great food. I had a wonderful stay and truly have nothing negative to say. Highly recommended

The staff was so kind from the moment I arrived. They assisted with getting our luggage, unloading it from the car, carting it to the room and unloading it into our room for me. They cleared the halls and made sure my mom felt in place. Much thankful for the man who assisted us so much.

June 3rd around 7pm I attempted to make sure that the room was wheelchair accessible. The staff member who answered was very negative. She informed me that no rooms were wheelchair accessible at the hotel. Strictly hearing impaired. No rooms had showers and her suggestion was to cancel our stay and to find a hotel suitable to accommodate my mother, who is in a wheelchair unable to walk.

Cleaning staff was kind

Needed potatoes as a vegetarian option during complimentary breakfast since I am unable to have pork products.

Location was great and hotel shuttle was very convenient for getting to the airport at 4am. The hotel serves free breakfast as has a mini store for purchasing snacks should you want anything late at night.

No one answered my message when I reached out the day before my arrival to ask if there was a deposit fee. I know hotels believe Booking gives that information to guests, but in my case, I don’t always receive that immediately after booking and it isn’t found in the receipt when I originally make it, so I like to reach out to know ahead of time. No one ever responded and I was left having to pay the random amount upon arrival.

Everything was Great from the Breakfast to the Jacuzzi the Rooms were Prefect The bed were Very Comfortable overall had a Beautiful Stay i will definitely be going Back The Only Problem was the Swimming Pool it was to Cold the water was Freezing 🥶 Cold Why Wouldn't you Invest in a Heated Pool
