Everything about our stay was excellent, from the location and staff to the room and overall facilities. Incredible value for the price! We checked in around 7 PM and the process was seamless. The room was ready, offered a great view, and room service arrived promptly after we requested it. We had a fantastic night’s rest, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

I would have preferred the breakfast service to be a buffet rather than the menu options provided. We were only allowed to choose one entrée and one beverage per person, which was quite unusual. At the very least, this should have been clearly stated in the reservation details when selecting the breakfast inclusion.

Breakfast was perfect and so was the location.

I had ordered room service for dinner, and I waited for over an hour. I had to call room service again to be told that there was nobody in the kitchen?. I also was questioning the parking fee I pre-paid for my room. I was not sure if parking was included in the fee. I was dropped off and did not have any Car to park. Can you tell me if the parking fee was included when I pre-paid? Thank you.

I was clean, nice and somewhat secluded being found off of a neighborhood but just off the freeway. We primarily came because of the dog friendly and trying to get away from the fireworks since Santa Cruz County has a not fireworks ordinance.

Not much, ppl seemed friendly, we saw other dogs and the partying was kept pretty low key for New Year's Eve and a live band playing. Would have like to maybe spend another night but had personal obligations to get back to in the Bay Area.

The location is very centralized between Watsonville and Santa Cruz. Very easy to get in and out of, close to the freeway. Close to a grocery store, Peets coffee and other shops. The restaurant has a very good breakfast, also has a bar and live music on the weekends. We got lucky and had a room with two bathrooms. Over all a good stay.

We had a room on the parking lot side and got a little noisy from vehicles starting up in the early morning hours. Also people were noisy when coming out of the lounge. I would have liked a room facing the pool/garden area next time. Lastly, the bed was on the soft side as well as the pillows.

I live in Aptos and wanted to put my uncle and his daughter, my cousin, in a fun, nice hotel for them to have a few days fun in the sun during her spring break. The atmosphere, the amenities, guests' social behaviors, staff, and location i have not seen in Santa Cruz County in the coast region for the price. I attribute this to the owner's effots and attitudes towards hospitality management after learning that the hotel is franchised and individually owned by location. Great spot. Support owner's and operators like this so they thrive, and we as consumers have better potions.

The rooms were clean and comfy. We had our grandchildren along (3, 5, and 14) and they loved feeding the fish off the bridge by the restaurant. The pool was great for the teen. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful when booking.com messed up our reservations.

I really wish there was the daily cleaning of rooms. We were staying three nights. I had to call to get fresh towels and have the trash taken out.

Shout out to staff: Clare front desk, Rere bartender, Hannah bartender and room service, and Natalie waitress. All were excellent at their jobs. Free breakfast was very good. Bar and restaurant were outstanding.

The base boards in one bathroom were dirty and needed cleaning.

Swimming pool and hot tub was lovely. Gardens and surrounding areas were so well kept Clean and tidy rooms

The cost of dining at the hotel was pretty expensive! Maybe need a new way of opening a tab for drinks and food to the room number as we got landed with a breakfast bill upon checkout, that wasn’t even ours!

grounds and facilities were very nice although lighting in the room could be better. Ordered room service for a bday celebration expecting it to be delivered in real plates, instead the meals were boxed and delivered in a brown paper bag so that was a let down. the food was really good though, presentation could have been better especially since they charge extra for room service. Really enjoyed the breakfast, everything we ordered was good, it was so relaxing to hear the waterfall as we dined and the kids really enjoyed the koi pond

Cute little hotel that was small but effective. Great location just 3 mins away by car to the beach and popular ice cream shop, Marianne's, and pizza shop, Pizza My Heart. Classic Santa Cruz.

The restaurant was popular: wait times were up to 45 minutes to get seated for dinner. Breakfast was easier to get seated though we waited so long for our food one morning that the staff comped some of our food to offset the 45 min wait time.
