Overall The Property was perfect! It’s a little run down and yes it does have its flaws but I didn’t see any pests or mold or anything like the other reviews state! I honestly can say that I and my family had an amazing & comfortable stay at the property.. pool was exceptional, vending machines stocked, ice machines working, friendly quests and staff! Comfortable beds, clean room , spacious rooms , Great Location & Safe! Overall I enjoyed every minute of my stay there! OH and One Detail I really loved was that you get to ask questions and requests to the hotel office by texts and let me tell you they were all fast response’s and very helpful and friendly! Loved it! Definitely will stay there again!

I did wish they had Housekeeping until late hours.. I feel that would benefit the property and quests in overall! But not a biggie just a suggestion to consider! 🤞🏼 😊

The reviews made me a little concerned about the hotel as it was described as being in need of maintenance. I found the room to be very clean except for a few stray hairs in the bathroom area. I liked the bathroom layout, with large mirror and sink area outside the toilet/shower area. The bedding and carpet looked very fresh. The bed was comfortable. I didn't have a chance to use the pool, but saw someone maintaining it and it looked nice. Parking was easy and the location near the ACE hotel was convenient to activities. I didn't try the Wifi. I was only there for a one night stay. I wasn't able to check in until later in the evening, so the 24 hour desk was a plus.

The air unit was noisy but fast and effective. I was using it for heat in the winter so I didn't try the air conditioner. It blew the curtain around, but I put a chair in front of it. The people upstairs were running around and it was noisy, but I was tired and fell asleep anyway. It would have been nice to have an electrical outlet at desk height to charge devices.

It’s all I needed literally, good mix of affordable and comfortable. I needed a stay for one night as I was traveling through Palm Springs and they offered a good price and gave me a double room which was quite spacious. Really appreciate it. The door worked, the bathroom was clean. I really enjoyed it. Now if you want to stay for a week or something for holidays I might not recommend it as I do for a short stay. Nevertheless, I was happy with my stay and the price I paid.

Nothing really, you could say though that the rooms and hotel are a bit outdated, but that’s it. I still liked it.

Location, good value, clean, and the bed was comfortable. There is also a bathtub in room. Air conditioning worked really well (a must in hot Palm Springs). Hot tub worked really well on the first day and a half and it is big. The hotel and its environs felt safe.

On our last evening and on the day (morning) of our departure, the hot tub was not as hot as it could have been. Staff was notified but nothing changed. One other unfortunate point is that the card keys did not work easily in our room door but, overall, a minor detail.

I like the pool with trees and greenery with views of the mountains. It has a fridge and microwave plus coffee machine. There is also coffee in the lobby. Rooms are a little tired and shabby but as clean as they can manage to get them .

This is a pet friendly hotel. Sadly, not all owners are responsible for their pet. Despite signs saying no dogs in the pool area I witnessed one being walked in the grass area of the pool and raising its leg. I also complained of dog mess remains and showed a member of staff. This was near tables where you would eat and drink. A week later it was still not cleaned up. Apparently "emotional support dogs" are allowed but no checks are made by the hotel to verify the status. It seems any individual can have a support animal but if they mess this can cause health issues for other people.

Location, pool, property. Every thing was nice and pleasant, an older property which is what you generally get in Palm Springs but quaint with it, I would recommend staying here for the value.

Nothing really, just one issue, the room had a new TV with the old remote control, I contacted reception who Initially sorted it but would not leave the new remote saying they only had one! The next day the same issue but I could not be bothered going to reception. Note: A new tv needs the new remote! Buy more remote controls.

We liked the size of the room, the refrigerator, and the microwave. They always provided clean towels and sheets.Staff were always friendly and helpful.

The exhaust fan didn't work in our bathroom. And we found three cockroaches in a room plus the door would move when we pushed on it, which didn't make us feel so secure, but it did lock. Also one of the beds in our room. What's not completely flat We would slip to the middle when we were sleeping.

For the price the room was great and very clean.

There was a mistake with billing that they had taken my deposit off twice, of course anyone can make a mistake; but I felt in trying to explain to them via e mail that they weren't listening...ie: just quoting their policy of adding a deposit to one of the nights stay, which I was aware of; but they had also taken a second deposit. Eventually I got through and was refunded my deposit properly. Also was considering staying a 3rd night I asked at the front desk what rate they would charge, was quoted almost 40 dollars more than what I could've booked online for. Struck me they weren't trying very hard...Whenever possible, I book directly to save the hotel the booking fee that the third party booking agents charge.

I enjoyed the stay the room was in good condition and clean I love the walk in of the restroom and enjoy the comfy bed for the 3 nights of my stay was enjoyable and my kids love it hopefully next time I get to join the pool.

I don’t like was the WiFi didn’t work at all call the front desk to send help no one came also I ask for room service for the 3 day I stay no one came and the handle of the front door was stuck all the time the key wouldn’t scan to let us in we had to go up to the office and get it fix

This is the second time I stayed at Travelodge through booking.com. the first room that I stayed in was 146. That one was okay. My second stay with room 228. It was the best of the best I requested a room by the pool I got a room by the pool. Bedroom was definitely super clean. And Travelodge has the best bath towels I've seen in a hotel that I have stayed in. I would like to always request from 228 if possible I'm going to be returning probably within a week to two weeks again. What I do think that needs to be done as I noticed when I book hotel the Travelodge it always ask for special requests. And I get the feeling that the hotel never reads the special request. I say that because my first visit there I requested no joint room I don't want a room that has a joint door and it was ruined I was put into. Room 228 to me was the best room . I love it. Humm! Probably when walking up to my room right before the pool game they must have just had to sprinklers and that was all kind of too much water area there.
