OCEAN FRONT. Clean and well maintained! Restaurant in the hotel. And pets are allowed.

You have to pay 10 a day for parking. I feel they make more than enough off you and should not charge you to park .

Very nice hotel, with wonderful decor. Other than the carpet in a number of spots, it was clean. The views from the balcony of the room were spectacular. The room was spacious and had everything needed for a nice stay.

Carpets on the entrance staircase, lobby, hallways and in the room need some deep cleaning.

The view, the beach, the service, the room, the lobby, the terrace, the bar, the grill...there is nothing which is not a 10 out of 10. First but for sure not our last stay at this hotel.

Updated rooms are nice. Miss the feel of the classic local Dunes property. The view from each room is always great. Location to boardwalk and walkable restaurants is great.

I didn't like the full solid windows. It used to be nice to be able to open the windows a little to hear the ocean. The amount of dogs that were barking is unreal. I have great concern of how clean the rooms will stay and must find out if there are dedicate rooms from animals are if all rooms potentially can have animals. We have allergies and this will be a huge factor in deciding to return. The bathrooms no longer have an exhaust fan and the sliding bathroom door seemed cheap. Nails were falling out and handle was very loose.

The fact that brand new things were stolen by the housekeeping staff The items stolen were reimbursed by the hotel but the fact that you feel insecure and unsafe in hotel with over $500 a night is absolutely unacceptable

The view was incredible. Sat on the balcony to watch the sunrise, and it was directly in front of us. Room was lovely, clean and comfortable. And very quiet. Great night's sleep.

One small complaint-no washcloths in the bathroom.

Good location. All floors water front. Convenience coffee shop and restaurant. Outdoor sitting

Not having the kitchen in our unit. I expected paying a lot every night to have full kitchen. Not an excellent food in the restaurant. Too expensive but not good enough for the price. Service too slow. Not enough server. Waiting 29 mins for only coffee in the morning. Ended we left to somewhere else for breakfast. Bartenders were nice and friendly. Scott was a nice guy. Working too hard by himself. Paying for parking is not really normal. We stayed in the hotel with high price nightly and still we have to pay for parking !! Lots of dogs. Barking dogs during the day inside units not pleasant. Refrigerator was not cool enough. We got the different one but still not cold enough. Hilton supposed to be more luxurious and equipped with better appliance. Price was Hilton price.

View from balcony. On-site parking except that you have to pay for it. Shower was nice. Beach access with showers. Beach also doesnt get super crowded where the hotel is. Close to alot of things in the area. About a 10min drive to the inlet parking for the boardwalk. It does sit at the end of the boardwalk in you wanna just walk down to things.

Pillows are horrible, feels like you're just laying your head on a towel. Bathroom door is a barn door that leaves cracks in the door so you can hear everything and doesnt feel super private. Bedding for the king sized fits like it's made for a queen sized bed which leads to fight over the blanket all night. Needs bigger trashcan in room, they only fit like a bottle and some light trash. Parking is on site but you have to pay $10 per day and do it through an app. Elevators just crowded during peak times but that's normal. Price doesn't feel completely worth the hilton name.

Property was well maintained. Rooms comfortable and very clean. Staff okay. My only complaint was that we received a free chip for a drink at bar/ restaurant. We decided to use it at the bar and gave chip to bartender and he said oh you can only use this if you have the Hilton app! I was like what are you kidding me we spent so much money here already and we can’t use this chip? He said no. So we were charged for the drink. So be aware of this it’s not true no free drink unless you have Hilton app. No other complaints hotel was very clean and comfortable stayed were super comfortable very nice balcony and view . Will stay again hopefully in August.

Outside restaurant and bar not open during the week just on weekends. Outside bar nice to relax but we left by the weekend. I think it should be open more during the week

Loved how the staff (men/women) were so welcoming and very kind. One of the first hotels we stayed at that had so much hospitality from helping bring our luggage to our room to assisting everything back to our vehicle when leaving and the room view was very beautiful the weather was icing on the cake. The indoor pool was great. Not too far from the ocean city boardwalk but definitely not a walk but more like a 9 minute drive.

I wish breakfast was included with the cost, parking wasn't too bad. The cost for parking was $15.00 the whole stay not daily. So much to do with such little time.
