The attentiveness of the staff. Being heard and accommodated in a timely fashion. No one was rude or disrespectful that worked for this company. ALSO a pigeon hung out on our balcony the entire time we were here. We named him Bartholomew.

The college kids taking over the balcony and dumping beer and mandarin oranges into the pool. They also insulted my partner and I asked the front desk to do something about this but I never heard anything back.

The Jamaica building it doesn't give the vibe as the other buildings it's about a block away from the main hotel it's in the cut just didn't give vacation vibes

The rooms were clean and spacious. The pools were nice and the staff was nice too. They had a cool game room and a gym. I love this resort, and this is my 3rd time staying with my family. It's extremely close to the shore, and waking up to seeing the beach is always a delight. This part of the beach is north, and is more quieter than south Myrtle Beach, so it's perfect for our young children. The kitchen comes stocked with everything you need to cook and clean, and with the washer and dryers added to the rooms, it allows us to leave with clean clothes as well. One thing that has always made a good impression on us is the clean smell at the front door leading to the front desk. I often miss the smell once we leave for home and it makes me want to hurry and book for the next season.

The game room had a few broken games where we wasted a few dollars. I wish the bar by the pools were open more often. Other than that, this resort is in a perfect location and is perfect for family vacations.

The pool was nice and the grounds were kept up well. The location was good and felt safe to walk the neighborhood. The staff was nice but seemed tired from checking in.

The room smelled musty and the carpet needs cleaning. The check-in was very long and a better system could be created to assist with this matter.

Very clean, great location, great accommodations for families. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly! I loved the indoor and outdoor pools & the proximity (and access) to the beach! The pool has a bar near it, which serves food, and there are clean bathrooms by the pool too. The inside of the hotel smelled so good! Our room was clean, there was no worry about bedbugs or anything (as I saw with other properties), and the beds were very comfortable! The kitchen was nice and clean, the cabinets had clean dishes in them for us to use, and the kitchen sink had a mini bottle of dishwashing liquid. The bathroom was clean and has plenty of towels and washcloths ready for us. The soft lighting was a nice touch as well. Extra towels were provided to us by request. We will be staying here again & yes I would highly recommend this property! Also if you have a family or are looking for a bigger room, I would definitely book a 2 or 3 bedroom suite in the main building. We booked a one bedroom suite in the Dominican building for a family of 5 (2 adults, and three children) and we had plenty of room.

There was nothing I didn’t like

The place had lots of space for 4 people. Beds were very comfy. Staff was accommodating. Location to everything was really good! Would book with Caribbean again.

The kitchen in the kitchenette could have been a little cleaner. There were no small appliances but a coffee maker was dropped off.

i didn’t like how we paid $1000 for us to stay at the caribbean hotel and they sent us to jamaican in hotel doesn’t make sense when we booked at the Caribbean hotel

I loved everything. The beds. We're great. The view was perfect. There were always luggage carts available when we came, and when we left. The kitchen was beautiful. I had my daughter and 6 grandchildren with me, and there were plenty of beds and and it even had a couch that made into a bed. I was thrilled that the location was just a few steps away from the elevators, plus we were right across from the ice machine. The lobby was magnificent with white marble everywhere. There were plenty of agents to help, so no waiting. All of the staff was polite and. gracious. The children were so happy with all of the pools. They loved playing in the ocean too. This was my best vacation ever.

It was entirely perfect for me. No complaints.

The property is really big & beautiful. I stayed in a 3 bedroom oceanfront (cayman tower) and the views were amazing. This location has so many pools and amenities to use! Kitchen had pots/pans/plates/cup. Washing machine & dryer. Very much kid friendly. My kids had a wonderful experience. Starbucks is right across the street. Even though the property is so big the elevators are not overcrowded and are fast. They give you cards for pool towels (you do have to return the towels or you will be charged) I absolutely LOVE THIS PROPERTY

Only thing I disliked was parking is located across the street. I prefer having the parking deck connected to the main building because it helps with unloaded and loading. When I arrived I actually arrived early around 2:00pm and was allowed check in, so that was great! However departing was so overcrowded we had to park on the main road and just throw our things in the truck because there just wasn’t enough room for all the cars.

They need to repair the pipes, dirty water was raised in the kitchen sink
