We arrived later than we expected and our check in went smoothly, despite our arrival mixup. The person I had contacted the evening before went out of her way to assist me with my questions.

The description of the room said it had recently been renovated. It appeared that the bed and bedding were new, the bathroom had been remodeled (nicely). The description also stated there was a sitting area. The only seating was a desk chair and a large area that I assume should have had some sort of seating. The lamps and tables in the room were covered in dust and the mirrors above the bed had been cleaned with a dirty rag.

We had a great experience. Just the smoking. But I know it comes with the territory. But other wise Everything was perfect.

I gambled a few not to much. And it didn't add my points on my player's card So I was abit confused of what happened. I visited twice. This last time I mentioned to my friends so they wanted to come. Now I have other friends that are interested in coming to harrahs. They like my videos I added from the private beach/ lake. Maybe I can get comps. Im telling you I promote with my videos. Please email me. If its a yes. The more I go. People will be wth. Again. Lol [email protected].

We got to experience a suite due to limited rooms. It was kind to be upgraded like this because we were worried the overbooking would be made our fault in some way. We did originally request a non smoking room but the upgrade we were given was well worth what we paid and the compromise to be in a smoking room. The suite was beautiful, i actually loved the hot tub bath , the cute tv in the bathroom, the style was nice and really makes you miss when design was embraced in hotel rooms like this. it isnt outdated by any means its nostalgic and retro chic.

I think someone got frustrated with me when i asked if the bottled water on the outside of the fridge was free. NOT SURE IFTHE FRONT DESK because when i asked them (in person) they were very nice. But i did call at one point during my visit and they sounded exasperated and i didnt feel like i could ask a clarifying question. It mademe self conscious about asking about towels and such. It would be nice if for the suites they left a note or something with what is complimentary like the water.

We loved that there was an arcade for the kids and loved the beach area. Jet-skies were a hit with this fam.

Didn’t like that we had to walk thru the casino to get to other parts of the facility, family pool looked dirty, refrigerator in our room barely worked, we paid for riverview and were given a room at the corner facing parking lot and very little riverview, asked for housekeeping but never came, we ran out of toilet paper and our trash was full. Depending on the day not all restaurants are open late. Not a big deal as there’s plenty of places to eat nearby. Also we were constantly told to move kids from casino area which was weird considering you have to walk thru it to get to certain areas. You could walk outside but it was 115 degrees.

It was super close to the music venue for the Whiskey Myers show.. the beds were so comfortable I slept like a baby.

The excessive prices, the dark haired pit boss at the tables, the beach Cafe. I get that a lot of drinks are comped but $10 a bottle after tip is a little excessive, the dark haired pit boss, she looked like she was angry and ready to blow, her energy just brought loss on the table for me, but hey, it happens. I REALLY wish we would have went to El barracha, but we ended up at the beach comber...the food was just gross.

Friendly, helpful staff nice air conditioning room was extremely roomy. It had a nice refrigerator, decent channels on the TV. Nice shower with nice water pressure water get extremely hot, good food options.

Found hair in one of the beds, found old chewed candy beside the bed, ask for a review it wasn’t really a Riverview. Doors to rooms need to be repainted. You could also hear people, showering and flushing the toilets and stomping.

Very pleasant stay! This casino hotel didn't try to gouge us on every service offered! Amazing they made an effort to tell us we didn't have to pay for valet service! We're at The Strat in Las Vegas now where they gouge for everything! It's horrible! We'll NEVER come back here! We're going to give The Strat the horrible review it deserves!

Everything was great! You could tell all the guests were enjoying their stay! We will return to Harrah's!

It was a wonderful stay loved the room got upgraded only issue I had was the cleaning lady was cleaning the elevator which wasn't the issue so I was waiting till she was done cause none of the other elevators were working since she was cleaning that one. my issue is u been seeing me stand here now going on ten minutes n I ask if you were done not to get in the elevator you are cleaning but for her to move out of the way cause she was done so I can push the button n the others would work but she decided to just blatantly just ighnore me other then that my stay was so wonderful I would go back

After 3 days of staying at River Lodge next door. I realized how much I missed Harrahs. bed was comfortable restaurants were good. River Lodge had no restaurants. And we had blood on our sheets when we arrived at River Lodge. Harrah's was a breath of fresh air we hadn't been there in 3 years and it made me realize what we missed. It's so much more modern and comfortable.

I liked everything. I wish the guy fieri restaurant was open on Wednesday but other than that including the boat parking and casino and everything was nice.

Nice and clean hotel, with wonderful views, front and back secure walking areas, and great staff members. Pleasant and peaceful atmosphere, great for a safe get away, offering an adult-only area, as well as amenities for families with children. Excellent services, I will use this hotel again for my future trips.

Not able to swim at the beach, but restrictions are understandable due to the boats and jet-skies using this river.
