The front desk staff and breakfast staff were friendly and professional. We booked this hotel at the last minute and he accommodated us to have a room on the upper floor. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The hot breakfast was good.

It’s an older hotel that has areas a bit run down. It’s a convenient stop for truckers as it’s right off the high way. Overall, it was a good stay.

The staff were so nice and accommodating. I use a walker because of spinal issues and Teresa was so fabulous helping me with my bags. The roll in shower was amazing. Can I just live in this room?

I loved my stay. I say the BW is like the TARDIS: bigger on the inside than it looks on the outside. It’s not the BW’s fault my room was so far away from the lobby.

The free breakfast was very good with lots of variety- something for everyone! I had fresh scrambled eggs, bacon and hash browns. The coffee was very good. The hotel, judging from the parking lot was full, but unlike other places I have stayed, staff was right there to refill food when needed. Everyone was super polite and friendly. The location is great, we walked to shops and restaurants for dinner. The hotel staff had maps of Kingston and brochures that were really helpful. My room was very clean and the air conditioning was really good. Although our view was of the pool area, that made the room very dark at night which I like! It was very quiet. Parking was very convenient. It was very easy to check in and out. Staff was super friendly. Last of all we were able to bring our pet- thank you for a lovely stay!

There was a lot of road work going on - but that wasn't the fault of the hotel!

The gentleman that checked us in was very pleasant and helpful. The young woman I encountered with the head wrap, not so much. A bit rude in a backhanded sort of way. It appeared she was being nice but her vibe and comments said something else. Maybe she was trying to be funny 🤷‍♀️Rooms were very comfortable. A bit run down but definitely what you would expect in the price range. Kids loved the pool. Breakfast was good. Location to our event (Polar express) was excellent.

Bathroom could have been cleaner

Woman serving was very pleasant. Breakfast was better than included breakfast at Holiday Inn , Fairfield Inn, Hampton Inn. Coffee was excellent and dining area was crowded but pleasant.

Very expensive for upstate NY Open area by pool and arcade were open all night and there were people partying loudly down there through the night. I think about half the rooms in this hotel have a wall. door, window, balcony facing that loud indoor space. The restaurant and bar closed at 9 and the pool at 10. So I don't know why that was allowed open and noisy.. Would have been better to keep the bar open and close the arcade. Bar does not border on rooms, only the lobby.

The desk staff were absolutely delightful at check-in and check-out. They had us laughing as we made our way to our room. The breakfast was delicious and the entire staff friendly. Our room was clean and the accommodations very comfortable.

We cannot think of anything that we did not like. We could not have been more pleased.

The pool and arcade area was pretty awesome! It was nice to have a bar available to hang and eat at on top of the fact that the bartenders were awesome!!! The food was really good too especially the mozzarella app! And there was a great selection at the complimentary breakfast. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful!

The bathroom in the rooms could use some updates. The pool was a little on the cold side but I believe it was because the heater was turned off by mistake but once notified they fixed the issue.

Location is great. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. Staff is friendly and helpful. City and surrounding area has a lot of choices for activities especially the Rail to Trail located next to the hotel.

Would like face clothes in the room and a cleaning every 3 days when staying longer term. I was there for 5 days and never had anyone through the room
