The employees were very friendly. The location is great. Beds are comfortable.

Not much of a selection for breakfast, Pillows - would like more pillows and better ones

Pool, size of bathroom shower, the stuff kept the room clean and the location is super close to Playa del Carmen 5th Street, my stay was great !

Everything was awesome !, the only thing I would change were the pillows that We had on our beds, they were a little too hard and big (but that’s just my personal opinion) everything was great.

Loved the architecture with the courtyard, live plants, and pool in the center.

Noise from the balcony on our exterior room. We were warned about this upon check in. Next time we'll book an interior room with a balcony overlooking the courtyard. We also had trouble distinguishing this hotel from the other by the very similar name.

Very good location; I loved the swimming pool

The rooms on the ground floor are facing the pool which forces one to dim the windows for privacy but when done so, you end up in a dark room with no natural light. The rooms on the upper floor are nice and facing the street.

The location was fantastic and close to many things. The hotel was beautiful and far exceeded my expectations for the price I paid.

The air conditioning was out when I stayed and because it is so close to many restaurants there was a lot of party noise at night.

Spacious room, clean, centric. I do not complain about the music at night. Pl- del Carmen is a party place. If you want to have it quiet do not go there or stay away from the center. It is ones own decision to got there or not!!! Nice pool to use.

Rooms are very dark inside, no daylight, I felt locked up- only the rooms towards the street have daylight. Upon arrival had to wait more than half hr for check-in. Receptionist had to take care of another place too. After waiting one hr in line for passport control, another half for the bus ticket, the bus ride (all after a transatlantic flight) this was just the top. No wifi in the room, a hotel nowadays should invert in room wifi, not only offer it in common areas.

The property is very well located, clean and has a great and friendly staff. There are only two downsides: the water of the shower takes too long to heat up and the parking lot there’s no vacancy for every guest. But we managed to park everyday at the parking lot, so maybe it depends on the period you are hosted. I truly recommend this hotel, it’s beautiful and next to everything you will need, specially the 5th avenue, which has everything and more: restaurants, bars, stores, oxxo, 7 eleven, exchange houses, drug stores, etc. It is also close to the beach center. I loved my experience in here!

Location and layout was nice

Definitely need more towels, couldn’t get a pool towel at all. Shower in my room was difficult to get in and out of.

Proximity to the beach & main shopping/restaurant areas. Short walking distance to ADO bus station.

Proximity to the main discos street..on weekends better bring earplugs if you sleep before 3am.
