Very clean, tidy, excellent food (room service and buffet breakfast), literally every single staff member was polite and friendly. I actually cannot wait to stay again on my way back through Johannesburg!

This is NOT the fault of the property but I found it hard to access, knowing that it is walking distance and in a carpark. You can actually see it from the terminal. My mistake was leaving terminal on ground floor and trying to get to the hotel on street level. Do not do this. There is a bridging walkway on lv 2 (?) to get easily to the hotel. There are even signs. Learn from my mistakes

It is a great location for travelers with a connecting flight early the next day. The hotel is connected to the airport via a safe and convenient corridor (you can walk all the way to the hotel lift with your baggage trolley).

The location is perfect since it is within walking distance to the airport terminals. When I checked in, the receptionist was very polite, cheerful and welcoming. I was pleased to be given a room with the most beautiful views of Johannesburg just as I had requested prior to my arrival. The room was excellent and had everything an international traveler would need (including different types of sockets to charge mobile phones or shaving machines). When I checked out, I was pleasantly surprised and grateful that one of the hotel staff (a young porter) carried my luggage and walked with me to Terminal B. A truly wonderful experience!

Great hotel for a transit stop. You literally get off the plan & walk through the airport to the hotel. I did have to ask for directions on my way, so hot tip: keep walking past the car park all the way to the end of the hall & take the brown elevator at the end to the hotel reception. The room itself was super comfortable & fairly quiet, for a hotel where people come & go at all hours. The room was spotlessly clean & the bed was very comfortable. It was pure heaven to climb into after a long day's travel. Late check out is available & very reasonable (I think it was about $20AUD to check out at 2pm). Great news if you're on the 5pm Qantas flight home to Australia!! And you can fill in an hour browsing the shops at the airport, it's just a short walk from the hotel.

its is just a few minutes walk after the customs and there are many signs leading the way. It was very clean and the perfect stay if you arrive late at the airport or need a place to stay before your flight. We stayed already twice here. The second time we stayed we want to visit something in the city before our late flight and they organised us a good personal transport.

We were a bit disappointed during the breakfast. The offer is great but we were not happy with the service. At the egg station I opted for poached eggs but I had to wait more 15 minutes. so that when I finally got them my mom was almost done with her plate or if she had waited would have had cold food. I also had to ask repeatedly for the eggs and did get them hard even though i ordered soft. Additionally, we chose the extensive breakfast option including complimentary drinks. Bug during the whole breakfast nobody took our order and after 50 minutes of breakfast we saw everyone around us getting good looking drinks where we werent even asked for it.

Extremely convenient overnight accommodation for our stopover between arrival from Windhoek and departure to Antananarivo quite early next morning. This facility made it unnecessary to find transport to accommodation anywhere between the airport and the city and back again in rushhour traffic next morning. . The hotel restaurant was particularly convenient and good value for money with good service and food.

It is quite a long hike from the arrival terminal to the hotel, located above the car park but anyone struggling with luggage will receive plenty of offers of help from an army of willing helpers seeking small financial reward.

I have stayed here numerous times over the years. It is very convenient if you have an early connection. The rooms are comfortable and quiet and very clean. The bed is comfortable.

I usually arrive with several pieces of luggage coming from arrivals. You can push a trolley up to almost the elevator that goes to the lobby but then you have to unload and pull everything on the elevator and hope that it doesn't close while trying to get everything in. I'm a solo traveler so don't have anyone to help me. There needs to be a way to get a trolley to the lobby especially for those of us who aren't just business travelers coming with a small bag.

Convenient location, can walk indoors from the terminal to the hotel, and to the car rental desk and pickup/return points. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, wonderful full service restaurant with buffet breakfast. The staff are all friendly, helpful and prompt. The rooms are quiet. We had a late evening flight for our trip home, and we were able to get a checkout time of 6 pm for a very reasonable additional fee.

The ac/heat units didn't always perform efficiently. One night the room wouldn't cool off as much as we wanted. We checked in a couple weeks later for another night when we returned to Johannesburg, and the weather had turned cold. That night we couldn't get the room warm enough.

Location was great and you can walk from the airport undercover and safely. Perfect if you catching a flight the next day. Room was comfortable and had everything you need for an overnight stay. Restaurant in the hotel serves dinner and breakfast plus has room service to 3 AM.

You cannot take airport trolly up to hotel, so at the elevator(lift) you will need to unload your luggage. You are greeted by another ported on hotel reception level, however two tips are required if you use porters both sides. Bed sheets could use a lot more softening. Service was really slow in dining area. But none of these are deal breakers

Good location. Walking distance from terminal through the car rental building. Wonderful staff. Good on site restaurant. Swimming pool.

Elevators outside at car rental building connecting airport parking to hotel could not stop at some floors, out of order. Luggage trolleys not allowed in till hotel, making access difficult. A porter on the elevator would solve the problem or advising guests before by message from which floors only they can reach the hotel. Dehumidifier or other mold control needed in rooms when rooms are not in use.
