Location convenience; transfer to airport etc And a bonus star is for the hiring of international staff that speaks Mandarin, and Malaysian staff eg Mr Kng very good helpful

No LARGE LED lite signage against the background of MarkCity, especially for new to Shibuya out of country travelers like us have no orientation to where is EXCEL against all others

The location is prefect for families with kids, well shelter direct access to subway stations.

Had requested for counter staff to assist in booking taxi to go a meet up location for attraction. She responded all fully booked and didn’t provide any alternatives even though I tried to explain that I need to be at that location early. I will need assistance but she claimed will assist and call back but nothing was heard again. Quite disappointed.

The main floor of the hotel is spacious, airy, and open with multiple staff members ready to assist you. We did upgrade to a corner Shibuya Scramble view room that was perfect. The view was iconic and the room was spacious. There are too-many-to-count options for eating, shopping, and transportation within easy walking distance. It is a busy area so be prepared, but the hotel is an oasis.

Great location, easy transfer to Shibuya station, and a great view of the Shibuya crossing from the lift lobby window! It was quite a busy location, but for our first trip to Tokyo it was great to be around the action. The room was clean and all facilities worked as expected, and there were coin laundry machines on our floor. Bed was a little on the firm side, but that was pretty standard in some Japan hotels.

The hotel is attached to the metro station and this is great. It is very close to Shibuya crossing and there are many restaurants nearby. There was a wonderful market just outside the hotel. the room was spacious.

Lack of possibility to open the windows in the room. The breakfast was very limited in choices. perhaps the air conditioning system was set to a high temperature. it was quite hot to sleep at night. However overall it is a great hotel.

The room we booked was a view room, which I assumed was a view of the Shibuya Crossing, however the hotel has limited rooms with views of the Crossing. Suggest you make the description more accurate.

Location -Perfect. It was right in the middle of Shibuya city, next to Metro station and lots of shopping, dining options and amenities, nearby Shibuya Mark City and Center Gai. View - Beautiful. I had a small view of Shibuya city buildings, but was able to view Shibuya crossing from the elevator hallway, at the elevator window itself. The 25th floor restaurant had also incredible views of the city Breakfast - So delicious and fulfilling. My most desired event of the day is having complimentary breakfast with a wide variety of foods and beverages, spectacular views, free newspaper. Staff - Helpful and calm. Staff is attentive and they were able to facilitate a delayed baggage from our airline. Room - Adequate. Bed is OK. Bathroom is cleaned everyday when request magnets are posted on the door. The room windows had some condensation due to cold weather but it did not bother me much. Coffee maker and fridge is a bonus! There is also a common microwave on the 7th floor. Overall, a perfect stay.

Excellent rooms, well equipped for a comfortable stay. Staff are happy to accommodate requests for extra pillows etc and help with information. 24 hour check in made navigating the city to the hotel less stressful as first time visitors.Situated in the perfect location to traverse the city's many adventures on offer. Beautiful view of Shibuya Scramble from multiple points including our hotel room which was very special! Would recommend staying here for an upscale, comfortable Tokyo experience.

It was a little hard to find the entrance the first time but I believe that was mainly our error.

The location was excellent — just 20 meters from the iconic Shibuya Crossing and metro station, one of the city's busiest transport hubs. Situated in the heart of Shibuya, the hotel is perfectly placed for exploring Tokyo's vibrant dining, lunch spots, and shopping scene. On our way to Osaka, we used the luggage delivery service between hotels, which was incredibly convenient. If you're traveling with multiple suitcases, especially after some serious shopping, we highly recommend using it.

While the breakfast lounge is located on the top floor and offers a beautiful view of the city, the variety of options was quite limited compared to our expectations.

I stayed in a corner room to look down on the Shibuya Scramble Crossing. The room was larger than I had expected. The view down onto the crossing and all the electronic billboards was captivating. Be warned, IF you are a little uncertain about heights, the large windows and looking down to the crossing may not be for you. If you are prepared to give it a go, the room does have furniture may assist you can use instead of standing at the window looking around. The location in Shibuya itself was perfect - being close to the various shops, train station etc. Hotel does have a rather nice cafe as well. The cafe and coffee/tea set is fabulous. Worth adding breakfast when booking - great way to start the day. Food was fantastic. The views from the 25th floor where breakfast is held is stunning and assisted in planning out the day. Last breakfast I had there had the perfect view of a snowcapped Mt Fuji. The staff throughout the hotel were absolutely delightful and extremely helpful. If you have concerns about language barriers - not at this hotel, they all spoke and understood English beautifully.

It isn't so much a dislike, more of a warning. The hotel is located within Shibuya Mark City complex. When we had a taxi take us to the hotel, they left us at one side of the complex nowhere near the hotel, also on a rather steep incline (not so handy with luggage). We were left to navigate the complex - plenty of signage so not an issue. There is an entrance of the hotel that taxis can drive right up to.
