Very efficient service, registration was quick and without any hiccups. I could leave my luggage early in the morning. Room was spacious and clean and bed was comfortable (with customization of firmness of the mattress). Nice touch with the chocolates and bottled water. I did not experience any restaurant, bar or breakfast but all looked very good, especially the Japanese restaurant they have on premises.

Although well maintained the hotel shows its age (small TVs in the room, small bathrooms and overall room decor a bit stuck in the early 2000s). They are selling Movenpick products in the lobby but I would have loved the ice creams to be free of charge, i.e..

Nice Hotel, we rented a Family queen bed Rooms which were nice, with comfortable beds. Hotel Location was so near to the airport around 5 mins, and they provided free shuttle to the airport. Staff was so nice and helpful.

You need to avoid the rush hours at around 4:30 - 6 pm as it took more time to the city center which might reach 20-25 mints. i would be better if family room has one queen bed and other separate two beds, and large sofa rather than setting chairs. parking was quite expensive and tight.

My colleague travelled to the hotel by train from elsewhere in Switzerland, so an airport hotel is equally convenient whichever way you are travelling. She enjoyed joining the air crews for an early breakfast before going to work. If the free shuttle is not due, check the tpg app for the next 23 bus to the airport from a stop just metres away, especially if you are heading to Palexpo as it stops right underneath it. This hotel was at as good a price as any in Geneva.

The hotel was in a convenient location close to the airport and public transport, which made getting around Geneva easy. The room was modern, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a very cozy bed. The free airport shuttle and public transport pass were excellent bonuses. I also appreciated the gym with panoramic views and the on-site restaurants.

ALL PERSONAL WAS GOOD ESPECIALY FOR THE CONFERENCE MEMEBERS AND SERVICE ON THE ENTRACE WAS ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND PERFECT - ALL ROOMS ARE WARM

NO ONE EXPLAINS THE ROOM FUNCTIONALITY THE AC WAS DIFFICULT TO MANAGE AND NO ONE COULD HELP AT MIDNIGHT. RATHER POOR CLEANING OF THE ROOMS AND IN THE TOILETTES ON THE CONFERENCE FLOOR. SERVICE LADIES IN THE RESTAURANTS WERE NOT ASKING BEFORE TAKING AWAY THE PLATES AND NOT QUICK TO HELP / COFFEE TO TAKE AWAY WAS DIFFICULT TO ARRANGE!

We had a great time at the Mövenpick Hotel Geneva. I loved that they provided a pass for us to get downtown and that was amazing! We were close to the station too! The front desk staff were exceptional and so helpful and kind. We were in Switzerland during a heat wave so the AC was amazing!

We would have loved a pool but only because we were here when it was 90 degrees.

Slow check in process but staff very lovely and helpful when they get to you. Just need more people on the desk at busy times.

The room was very nice and very convenient location. The shuttle pick up form airport was fantastic - we called and were picked up within 10 minutes.

The breakfast was OK quality and very expensive. Also our shuttle back to the airport was a nightmare. We were not told that we need to reserve a shuttle in advance and had to take an Uber in order to make our flight.

Nicely sized rooms with coffee. Comfy beds and high quality bedding. Dark curtains make the sleep extra comfortable. Breakfast has nice choices. Omelettes are a great alternative to the under-cooked scrambled eggs.

Breakfast area gets busy and seating as well as food running out at peak times, as well as the feeling of mass tourism as it is a destination for bus groups. The toiletries in the shower have not been not refilled. Free transportation card is not automatically issued and sent out before check in. No response via booking messaging.

The location of the property is good.. The front desk staff was very friendly and really guided us well on the special offers for the tourist like the free travel card; places to visit and how to commute. Unlike other places, they were willing to help and give suggestions. Housekeeping was responsive and friendly. Overall a good experience.

Even after paying so much, they can't give 2 bottles of water? There was no staff to help us bring down the luggage.. this is least expected from such a level of hotel. These are not cheap hotels by any standard.
