I like literally everything. I’ve never been so pleased with a hotel like this one. - Excellent location - Wonderful staff - Beautiful facilities - Great value for money and services They have everything you can ask for. “Spa, Gym , swimming pool, 2 top rated restaurants.. etc” The bed is super comfy. The wifi is fast. The hotel located next to mall “ where you can go to from the hotel bridge to the mall” and the basement floor of the mall had loads of restaurants and cafe shop. I can speak non-stop about this hotel, highly recommended.

One of the standout features was the hotel's buggy service, which made getting to neighboring malls and locations incredibly convenient. Not only did they provide seamless pick-ups and drop-offs, but they also assisted with transporting any shopping or belongings when needed—a thoughtful touch that enhanced the overall experience. Additionally, the spa at Kempinski was outstanding, offering top-tier service, expertly delivered therapies, and a serene ambiance that made for a truly relaxing experience.

The service was excellent in the restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very clean. Everybody met us with respect and a smile of their face. The receptionist was very efficient and did the check in very fast. Also the guest service did an excellent job meeting our requests, not to mention the housekeepers, who did a superb job, vleaning our room.

The European breakfast option was very limited. Also at the big breakfast restaurant, exactly at 11.00 o'clock, the staff start cleaning the floor, the kitchen staff took out the big carts and being very noisy. NOT respectful to those guests who still were sitting there !!!!

Amazing hotel. When we checked we were given an upgrade by the staf Chananan, who litetally went out of her way and walked us up to the room herself. Location is central with connection to the siam paragon and closeby malls. Food in the hotel is so good breakfast and room service are both very good with variety of options. The room keeping staff are very considerate, when they saw i kept pillows for my kids not to fall off, the next day they plugged bed barriers. Very nice and thoughtful. Will stay there again if i happen to be in Bangkok.

The hotel is lovely - a bunch of rooms arranged around a set of pools in a large courtyard garden. So you can get up in the morning, pop out for a swim, breakfast in the garden and then off into the big smoke. Simply delightful. I will mention also the Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin restaurant which is a must go if you are there. The prices look a little high but you need to consider what it is. Think Heston Blumenthanl's Fat Duch with a Thai twist and you are on the right track. It is a wonderful mix of theatre and superb Thai food. Indeed if you consider just what you are paying per course it actually is very good value. However I warn you there is a lot of food. Even if each course is small, by the time you have gotten through ten of them it is a lot! So definitely skip lunch. And it takes time to get through that many courses so start early - 7:30 at the latest.

Outstanding and friendly staff . From the reception staff, pool boys, food staff to room service . Hotel was in perfect location and the family suite had everything you could imagine ! The best hotel I have stayed for as attention to detail was applied across all staff and the hotel . If something was not on time or right , staff apologised and fixed it straight away ( or did not charge us) . The pool was amazing too and we were always brought complimentary snacks and drinks . Well done to the whole team for an exceptional experience. 👏

Cannot fault it . We had booked another hotel to change things up but I wish I didn't as nothing compared to this hotel.

Our only difficulty was dishonest housekeeper who drank the beer in the minibar and filled the bottles with water

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location, close to shopping centres around Siam station. The hotel provided buggy service to a few of these shopping centres which saved us walking in the heat. We received excellent service from hotel staff throughout our stay, they went over and beyond to make our stay special. Our hotel room was luxurious, spacious and comfortable. The hotel pools were amazing and staff at the pools were attentive. I look forward to staying with Siam Kempinski again.
