Innside By Melia Palma Bosque is located in a quiet area of Palma, about 20 minutes’ walk from Es Baluard Museu d'Art Contemporani de Palma, 25 minutes’ walk from Llotja de Palma and 30 minutes’ walk from the Cathedral of Santa Maria of Palma. Of course you can use a taxi - the taxi station is suitably situated at the end of the street. In addition, the bus stop is near the hotel. There is a 24 hour front desk assistance. The staff is friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Carmen who is very kind and supportive :) In my opinion, the rooms are spacious, air-conditioned, clean and equipped with everything you need (hair dryer, bath towels, free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels). The furniture is modern, functional and comfortable. It is very nice that the minibar is free and offers beer and soft drinks, coffee, tea. The rooms with a view to the pool have a private terrace. There are two sufficiently large swimming pools - indoor and outdoor. The breakfast is rich and varied, suitable for all tastes. I would recommend and stay again at Innside By Melia Palma Bosque.

There is nothing I didn’t like. Only two remarks: Wi Fi connection is not stable and the hotel hosts corporate or other events and because of that sometimes there are noisy groups of people.

Modern feel, clean comfortable rooms. Poolside room was perfect for enjoying the sun during the day from your own private terrace. Room was well equipped with a very large bed, deep bath and free refreshments which were restocked daily alongside fresh towels. Breakfast provided a wide range of choice in the restaurant which had a comfortable and relaxed feel earlier on in the morning. All staff we spoke to were welcoming, friendly and helpful. We were very appreciative of the hotel having a luggage storage room for us to keep our bags in between check out and leaving for the airport, allowing us to go about our day knowing our luggage was safely stored. Location was brilliant - away from all the hustle and bustle but still within walking distance of everything you could need/want to see.

Towards the tail end of breakfast service, the restaurant felt chaotic with people having to wait in long queues to be seated, however this did not seem to be an issue earlier on in the morning. The stair carpet also appeared to be quite dirty and in need of a deep clean or replacement.

Good pool and sun bathing terrace. Spacious room with great shower. Lovely view over the harbour from the top floor bedroom. Breakfast was the good and a couple of meals in the restaurant were very well cooked and tasty.

We were unlucky with some of the clientele staying at the hotel. Group of 20 French guys on an outing were raucous but good humoured. Sadly some of the English groups staying were foul mouthed, rude and inappropriately behaved. They clearly upset a number of other couples and families staying at the hotel and the staff seemed helpless to address the issues . It was an embarrassment to be British but in fairness I can’t blame the hotel for this behaviour.

We really enjoyed our stay - we loved the facilities including lovely pools and smart communal spaces. Breakfast was great - lots of choice and we enjoyed eating outdoors. The staff were very hardworking and friendly - service was very good. We didn’t mind the walk into Palma - but there are plenty of buses and taxis if you are not up to walking. The bedroom was huge with a good size bathroom for the three of us. Yes - the furniture was starting to look a bit tired - but we didn’t mind. Cleaning was impeccable. We would definitely return.

The only thing we didn’t like was the coffee at breakfast!

Loved pretty much everything about it. We came at probably the worst time weather wise, 5 days of no sun and lots of rain - the innside pool and sauna were a life saver, aswel as cheap and nice coffee, nice vegan options for lunch and dinner. The waiters and restaurant staff were amazing, really friendly and made our trip so much better. The room (deluxe balcony room) was great, just a shame we couldn't enjoy the balcony due to the weather

We only had our room cleaned once while we were there (5 days), which wasn't too much of a problem but even on the time we did have it cleaned, I had to ask the cleaner

Location is a good, a bit further out from the city centre but near to the marina which is lovely to walk along.

The pool area felt a bit busy and was difficult to secure sun loungers. When you're already paying a lot for the hotel stay you don\t want to pay an extra €50+ for the cabana style sun beds, but often these were the only ones free and nobody wanted to pay for them - waste of valuable real estate around the pool. Food in the restuarant was quite expensive and not the best.

The reception with Lady Stephanie is very welcoming and nice...Pool & Wellness are fantastic, but why close so early? 18.00 hrs is so early, when you come home from the city, a dip in the pool & sauna are so wonderful, can you please change to 19.00.

Coffee at breakfast..not even small cups for espresso coffee, and the quality is like water...only big cups, like we are in USA and not in Spain...when you ask for a coffee from a real coffee machine ( it took some time to order this coffee) I had to pay extra money for this espresso coffee in the right size of cup...

Really nice touches like the mini bar and pool towels, breakfast was nice and the staff were fab! The location was a bit further out but walkable into Palma and taxis are really reasonable (taxi rank right outside the hotel). We had a room round the pool which was great for being able to pop in and out. The pool was easy to get loungers around and even though the hotel was really busy we never struggled to find somewhere to sit around the pool or on the terrace. The gym is small but good facilities. Overall a lovely hotel and Great value.

The room was spacious, comfortable and really kept very clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The little top up of the amenities in the room mini bar is a really nice touch. We found the hotel to meet all of our needs and we really enjoyed our stay.

Probably my own mistake but I thought the property was in fact on the harbour, so the view was gorgeous but did have a lot of buildings between with a distant view of the water. The terrace seating area was also outside on the ground floor next to a road, again I’d thought this was a little more private.

The room was big - I went with friends but opted for my own double room. Big walk in shower and great view from 9th floor. Hotel pool bar and pool was lovely. Could have done with some chill out music around the pool for a better ambience/atmosphere. The pool was shaded in June by about 3/4pm so we went up to the terrace where it was sunny for a good few hours longer. The bar in the hotel was cool. The hotel in general is very well kept and felt luxurious as it's not exactly 'cheap'. Fridge had free drinks in (water, OJ,) and free tea/coffee. Not sure if it's adults only, but it felt like it so no children running around and screaming - I went on holiday to get away from that :) Big fitness centre, sauna etc - although I didn't use them, they looked great. Some of the rooms open right onto the pool area.

When I arrived, the receptionist advised there was beer in the fridge (x2) that was restocked daily. I arrived at 11pm and was heading straight out to meet friends - sadly no beer in the fridge which would've been lovely as I was getting ready. I informed reception on the way out and they told me they'd restock. They didn't. Then the following day, the same, fruit juice re-stocked but beers were not. My friends didn't have this problem in their rooms which was odd.
