It was easy to find and very easy to check in. The room had more space than we thought. Lots of food options close by

The air con does not make the room cold and the mattress was so uncomfortable. Check in is at 6pm but they will look after your bags so that you can go explore

Good location. Trendy, clean, modern backpackers. Comfortable bed. Groovy techniques are fun. Like the seating over looking the water fall.

Double bed doesn't fold completely up to use as a sofa, so there is no floor space. You supply cups in the room, boiling water in the hall - but no tea or coffee to add to it? Foyer coffee station at night had no milk, and we advised reception who never came back with any? Foyer coffee station in the morning now had milk, but no cups. Cups arrived after I had been upstairs, found a mug, and drunk my coffee. We were chased down to pay 9 cents that was mistakenly under charged for accom...really?? I emailed asking about luggage storage and was informed to check in at luggage storage next door, which we did @$20 per case for three hours....at check in there was an area for arrival luggage to be held! Interesting experience!

We had an early morning flight from Changi Airport so the location was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable and very functional for what we needed

I wasn't expecting much, but the rooms were very small. I know it is only a transit hotel but there is barely room to move, let alone open up bags etc. But it was fit for purpose. Our taxi driver kept looking for the hotel outside of the jewel. We drove around it three times before I pulled him up. In the booking confirmation maybe write in big bold letters, THIS HOTEL IS INSIDE THE JEWEL. Just for those tourists who don't do fine print

YotelAir is a great place to have a nice break from getting lost amidst the large Changi airport, and it has a great water machine that fills your bottle with very chilled water! The two female staff who greeted my partner and I were really welcoming and their service felt very caring and genuine, we were able to leave our luggage there to roam freely before we had to check-in! And lastly the massage chairs that costed SGD$8 for 20mins were so good we fell asleep in them but it was a good thing to use to kill time before check-in too!

There is nothing we didn’t like about YotelAir but only some things for future bookers to take in to account. Check-in opens at 6:30pm (may be different if you sort something in advance) but they do allow you to leave your luggage. The room space is designed just to fit a bed and bathroom incase you’re expecting a large hotel room. It is located in the Jewel which is part of the airport but separate to the terminals which means you need to apply for a visa even if you’re only on transit, this is to exit/enter the terminals and the Jewel. Not sure about other terminals but I know there’s a skybridge that links to Terminal 3 and the Jewel and I personally find that walking to the Jewel from T3 is much faster and easier!

A walk away and in the middle of the massive airport shopping centre (10 levels!) with the cool waterfall in the middle which changes colour to music. Perfect for a stopover between flights, but wouldn't recommend if you actually want to see Singapore. It was small but exactly what I needed for a sleep and and exploration of the shops and food within the shopping centre. Had everything I needed, very clean and easy check in and check out. Would recommend over the lounge pods where you have to share toilet/showers and pay a stupid amount. At least I had my own private bathroom and it wasn't that much more expensive for what you get.

The power points either didn't work or extremely slow in charging my phone whilst elsewhere in Singapore was much faster. There is a very early check out, which would have been fine if they said they were able to store my bags somewhere (like every single hotel I've ever been. My flight wasn't until later in the day and lugging around my massive bags was just impractical. They said I can check out later but would charge extra. However, they eventually let me checkout later free of charge and I could leave my bags in my room whilst I explored. So very happy with that outcome.

its a small room in an airport hotel 10m2. so need to expect it. However it impressed me, and i have satyed in many. It was in the terminal 1 building (4th floor) and close and easy to find. Room was excellent - bed v comfy. shower area fine, and enough space to keep my luggage. i enjoyed the onsite gym. room temp fine and has its own aircon. quiet.

expesnive for what it is, but its singapore and you are paying for the convenience. Please note they charge extra if you want to check in before 6pm or leave after 9am next day - ie its only a 15hr stay - this was ok for me, but be aware

Very comfortable family room, I was worried about space having read some of the reviews but it was a great size. The location was so convenient and the free tea and coffee lounge was really good.

The bathroom situation is crazy! It's a good bathroom with a glass wall and curtain for privacy, but it means that if one person goes to the loo in the middle of the night the light goes on for the whole room.

Location was perfect, just minutes away from the where we arrived and near dozens of shops, as well as the amazing Rain Vortex. The bed was extremely comfy as well, with a reclining option so uou can sit up and watch TV if you want. For a quick place to rest and shower between flights, you can't really ask for more!

It's a very small thing, but the smell of the provided shower gel wasn't my favourite. The casting to TV function also didn't idny work with my phone. That's about it, though, because everything else was stellar.

This hotel is a convenient option for those with long layovers at Changi. Located inside Jewel, it is very accessible from any terminals from which you're arriving or departing. We arrived in the early hours after a long-haul flight and had a connection early that morning. Yotel provided us with great room and amenities. We took a much-needed hot shower after a long flight and took a few hours of nap before continuing our journey. The room was small but clean and did the job great. Very comfortable bed and without windows in the room, it's a perfect cocoon for travelers! The breakfast was decent, and everything tasted good. Great coffee machine.

It's on a pricey side but with all the convenient provided, I guess it's okay. It's Singapore anyway.

It's a bit pricey, but you can't beat the location right at the airport for late night arrivals and early departures. Saves you schlepping your bags on the train and through town in the heat/humidity (which we did once). You can use an airport trolley to get your bags to the hotel, which was nice. The family room was great for 2 adults and one pre-teen. The bathroom and air conditioning were nice. The breakfast was light but tasty (some little pastries).

Did not love the pink and green lighting in the room.
