Good hotel very clean, location is good for sightseeing tours and harbour for boat trips. Reception staff all very helpful freindly , second night was here my husband asked if they had any spare fans for the room , Francesco the guy at reception couldn't find one but unplugged his one to loan us we had it for whole week. Great terrace with a view of harbour and castle Gianluca the barman was very freindly professional at his job , loved to visit before we went for dinner. Room had a good view to the city . Maid service everyday clean towels. Kettle in room with tea/coffee facilities also fridge.

Very busy area.

Very good location to popular tourist destinations and the metro. Friendly and professional staff. Great welcome experience with the front desk assistant. Wonderful aperitivo at the outside bar and amazing service from Loredana - she was the best!! :-)

The room price was too high for what it was, in my opinion. Granted, the hotel is in a good location and I'm sure it's more or less in line with other hotels of that level in Napoli. I wasn't so impressed with the breakfast and the breakfast room is a little dated - however, during the summer, sitting outside on the large balcony must be nice.

Really comfy beds, great to have a fridge and kettle.

Bathrooms were a little outdated

This is a smart property conveniently located in by the port and the castle, next to a metro station. Breakfast on the terrace was very pleasant. It’s a 5 minute walk to the main shopping street for lots of good restaurants etc.

The rooms got very warm at night - I don’t think the air conditioning works out of season. The beds are quite hard - not a problem, just an observation.

-The property is in an excellent location, the staff were more than helpful. Despite our early arrival they sorted out all our rooms straight away. They couldn't have been any more helpful. The breakfast was lovely in the room overlooking the balcony.

Great hotel, very close to the port. Super handy if you are catching the ferry to the Amalfi coast. Hotel is close to lots of restaurants within maybe 10min walk. Hotel was modern, clean and the breakfast area was gorgeous, you got to sit outside on the balcony with a lovely view of the castle/port.

The location is right by both the port and rhe Metro station, so has great access to transportation. The room has a huge TV and the bed/linens are very comfortable. The room is really clean and the buffet breakfast nice, providing hot and cold selections. The terrace where you have your breakfast provides a beautiful view of the castle and port. The staff are friendly and helpful. I always stay at Mecures in Italy.

Great breakfast on a breakfast balcony with a view to Castel Nuovo. Nice room altogether. Close to the spanish quarter which is a must visit with narrow streets and a lot of busy, small restaurants. There is also a very nice restaurant in the street just behind the hotel that we unfortunately didn’t have time to try out.

If I have to point something out it would be that the smell of the shower gel was a bit spicy and strong for my taste :-)

Perfect location walking distance to every where we wanted to go. Lovely view from outside breakfast area. Good room size.

Terrace was a good place for breakfast and sitting out. Breakfast was of a good quality and selection.
