The bed was great very confy and clean

Well ig was something about that day spexially they has problems with the hot water at night but the other day was already fix

Staff was so kind and helpful. They assisted me for my first time to Chile and I don't speak Spanish. The staff's English was excellent.

Very complete - had all I expected in a very reasonable price, and a secluded location in a very nice neighborhood

Heating was provided by little in-room heaters - the rooms had little kitchens but not even a glass to drink water - Metro is 6 blocks away (but I already knew that)

Breakfast was more than OK, The quantity of people staying was the biggest problem

The rooms are not too well prepared for extreme temperatures - and we have some of these in santiago de Chile

The room was a bit a chilly and the smart TV has a difficult time connecting to the streaming services.
