Generally good value for money, and I can't really fault this place. Very well located with lots of shops at a walking distance. Had a good and quiet night, and the room felt nice to be in. I've seen people complaining about breakfast, but for the price I thought it was good enough. Just don't go there if you can't do without your bacon and eggs cholesterol shot in the morning. A really good place for one or two nights in the area, although for a weekend away it might be nicer to look for a comfy / country Airbnb in the area if you can afford. The grumpy lady at reception who called to know where I was at 7.05pm even though I said I'd arrive at between 7pm and 8pm and reception was open until 9pm that day. She was just not very nice throughout the stay.

We stayed as a group of around 10 people, each in separate rooms, and everyone was very pleased with the experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, cosy and also very affordable, making it excellent value for money. The location was ideal, with a lovely club just across the road offering great meals and making dining out super convenient. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to others.

The room was clean and had all that I needed in it Staff were friendly and helpful and made sure I knew what I needed to do whilst the desk was unmanned Location was excellent and with the club next door food was not an issue. There was a Woolworths across the street which was a bonus as well

Our room was lovely and clean, tidy and comfortable. I liked the bed and loved the shower. These are two things that are important to me on my stays away from home. The Motor inn was very central and close to shops, chemists and club was just next door. Great. No problem with parking and the reception was very friendly.

Fast lift. Efficient check in and check out. Off street parking. Proximity to club and shops and eateries. Comfortable bed, spacious room and very quiet.

Probably put tissue holder on wall and install a proper shelf in the bathroom for make-up, toothbrush etc and especially my glasses when showering.

Reception staff so friendly and informative Building may be old but clean and has everything it needs. Location was also great, convenient. We also ate at the bistro across the parking lot on one of the nights which was tasty and generally just convenient. Hot water quick to come out and water pressure great !

The walls are not the most well soundproofed but that comes expectedly with aged buildings in general I think so not really much to point out.

This was my second visit to the Wine Country Motor Inn, the reception staff are super friendly & professional, the rooms are very clean & are very well set out, the beds & furnishings are comfy, love the big TV, love that staff turned the air con on prior to my arrival, love how it's super quiet, also love the ease & convenience of the carded entry. Lastly love how centralised the accommodation is to everything & anything :)

It's missing the little things .. those little shampoos & conditioners, the packet of cookies, no mini bar treats .. thankfully every store you could possibly need is within walking distance.

Mattress, too soft. I have a bad back so it was too soft. I sat on the side and it sank.. The key cards had to be reset a few times but the staff sorted it straight away.

Very quiet, Clean, a reasonable sized bathroom with a great shower, good size TV. Bed linen was very good.

The Queen mattress is just at its end of life and needs replacing. Pillows could also do with a little more firmness, quite flat and saggy offering little neck comfort/support.

Spacious room and separate living room and the bedroom create more space to put our stuff. Location is superb cafe and mall within walking distance. The lady at the concierge who work in the afternoon, I forgot to ask her name, she was very helpful and nice.

The bed a bit small.
