We stayed between the Christmas and New Year period. We booked a suite with a kitchen to help us save money as we were at the start of our 3 month back backing trip! The kitchen had everything we could have needed for basic meals which was great. Our bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very clean, modern and spacious! We felt the price of this room given the facilities and the time of year was decent. Our room did look out onto an internal courtyard which meant our room did not have much natural light. As we had just arrived for the UK, we would have benefited for a room with a view/ more natural light but I think we would have needed to upgrade our room to get this.

Location was amazing! About a 2 minute walk to the entrance of the train/bus station meant we could leave the car in the car park for the entirety of our stay. Also across the road from a Chemist Warehouse and down the street from the huge Bondi Junction Westfield. The room & bathroom were clean, comfortable and the full kitchenette was a bonus (even though we only really used it for breakfast) as we could have cooked meals if staying longer than one night. Spring St was quiet when we arrived, the Holiday inn was easy to find. Would happily stay again for a similar trip.

The carpark was quite tight in places - not sure how it would have worked if another car was entering/exiting in the opposite direction as it was single lane with only one entry/exit point. The fan in our bathroom didn't appear to be working and there was quite a large stain on the floor of our room (looked like from cleaning product). None of these things overly detracted from our stay however!

Excellent location, just 5 minutes' walk to Bondi Junction train station and Westfield Shopping Centre. The smaller Eastgate Shopping Centre, with a handy Coles supermarket, is even closer. Abundant shops, cafes, and restaurants in the vicinity, plus plenty of public transport options. Room 320 was spacious and comfortable with good lighting for nighttime reading. Ample storage and hanging space provided. Safe in the cupboard was easy to operate and access. Large bathroom with a locking door and a shower cubicle featuring a glass door to prevent water spillage. Room cleaned daily with tea and coffee making facilities replenished. Two cafes located downstairs. The entire premises, including rooms, passageways, common areas, and lifts, were clean and well-maintained.

No spare blankets in the rooms; guests need to request them from reception. Room cleaning was sometimes delayed until late afternoon, which was inconvenient.

The location was convenient to be near shops, the train station and not very far from the city or airport.

There was a fairly small supply of milk and sugar in the room, however staff brought more upon request. The TV did not have the ability to access streaming platforms such as Netflix, Stan etc. but general TV stations were fine for viewing.

Brilliant location, easy to navigate around the city and room was lovely and clean always. As a solo traveler I felt safe. Also laundry facilities for free to use!

Couldn’t check in any earlier than 2pm as I arrived at 7am. However the staff made me feel so welcome and did the best they could to get the turn around quicker!

Location very close to train and bus stations. Description of the facilities was accurate. Handy to have access to laundry with no added cost. Room and bathroom clean and comfortable. Room was very quiet. Reception staff polite and helpful.

It's useful to watch photos of the street views of the hotel. That helps to recognise where to find the entrance of the hotel because it's simply a glass door in a building and the Holiday Inn sign is a bit hidden by the other signs of the different businesses that are in the same building. Note that one can use the electronic key to open the street door after 8 pm. there is no need to ring the bell. Note that there's an entry on Spring Street and also one on Oxford Street. That's quite handy.

Great location and enough space to be comfortable. Beds were really good and got a good sleep. Not noisy as walls were solid. Small kitchen had a sharp-ish knife and bowls etc so could cut up fruit for breakfast.

My shower at around 11pm was luke warm bordering on the vege of cold as the hot water had just about run out. The tap in the bathroom sink was very loose.

Some of the fixtures and fittings were broken ! The bathroom door didn’t close, the shaving mirror was off it’s bracket( room 406)

Ideal location in the city for shopping, bars and restaurants. Beaches are easily located by walk (if you’re a keen walker, it is hilly!) or by bus. We stayed over new years and the price was great for that time of year

Fire alarm went off twice during our stay due to an error on the system but we were evacuated both times which wasn’t ideal.

Property location is very convenient. There's a public transportation nearby, walking distance to the mall and it's impossible for you to go hungry in Bondi Junction. I really enjoyed my stay from 14 September to 19 September, it was an awesome experience. Room is very clean and the staff is awesome.. My apology for not remembering your name but you know who you are. Definitely worth staying, IHG group will never disappoint you.
