This is a beautiful, cozy house on a charming street near the beach. The atmosphere of the place makes you feel like a Bondi local, enjoying mornings on the terrace. The rooms are clean and tastefully decorated, the self-check-in process is seamless, and if you arrive early, you can store your luggage in the house’s shared space.

The place is charming, but the only disappointment is the breakfast, which consists of just cereal, butter, milk, and toast left in the kitchen area and fridge. For this price and standard, I would expect a breakfast basket with fresh items such as fruit, jam, freshly squeezed juice, hot coffee, and bread from a local bakery. If such a breakfast were delivered daily to your room in a basket by the staff, it would certainly leave me with no complaints about the place.

We booked the garden suite that opened directly onto the beautiful plant-filled courtyard. Best decision - it was beautiful and the perfect spot for a glass of wine or a home breakfast. The location is absolutely incredible, right in the heart of Bondi, walking distance to everything, but a little bit back from the busy road so it's very peaceful and quiet despite being in busy Bondi. Hosts were great, decor is super charming, really a wonderful spot and we would visit again.

It's a small quaint place, the bathroom is a tight squeeze and there's no hot cooking facilities in the kitchenette - just a kettle and toaster. It didn't bother us at all, but just good to know depending on what your needs are! :)

Location is literally 2-3 minutes to Bondi beach and Iceberg pools. Staff is really nice.

We returned after last year as we had excellent memories of our stay. This time there was a family staying on the first floor with a kid running back and forth their room on a frequent basis. They were rather loud which we found annoying. Staff tried to tell them To behave - that did not work. I believe this is something that seriously needs to be improved because given the price you , you expect peace, simply want to enjoy your time, wake up when you want to - not somebody else’s kid’s yelling/running. And don’t want to be part of an other family’s live hearing all. That made us uncomfortable this time unfortunately. Otherwise we loved this place.

Breakfast was great, staff was very responsive. The bed was very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet, I slept so well while we were there. The location was very convenient for the beach and restaurants. The gardens are beautiful, definitely take advantage of them while you are there. The staff was very attentive and responsive anytime we needed something.

For travelers unfamiliar with the area, a heads up that parking needs to be arranged if one will have a car would be helpful. The parking fee was more than our car rental itself and we may have chosen not to rent a car with this knowledge ahead of time. Also, parking is very limited in the area and we could have been in a difficult position had a spot not been available. Parking was not addressed at all in the extensive information on the website and emailed & texted in advance.

The location was fantastic, the room was always lovely and cool to come back to from the Oz heat. Also very quiet away from the hub bub of Bondi but still super close to the beach and amenities (literally 30 seconds from a lovely coffee shop and restaurant for dinner) staff were very helpful, luckily we didn't need much as all was ready for our arrival but refilled our breakfast bar as we were super hungry!

Nothing, just make sure to get the door code before you travel if you are arriving from long haul flights! As it was sent as a text but obviously lost as I was in airplane mode for the 48 hours before arrival.

Great communication from the staff although we didn’t meet any. Excellent location, close to the beach, restaurants and other attractions. The room was comfortable and spacious. Muesli and biscuits were provided for breakfast.

We would have appreciated moisturiser and tissues in the bathroom and a tea towel for the dishes. There is no ac (fans only) but we did not feel it necessary even when the temperature outside was 31 degrees. Just to be clear, the only appliances in the room were hair dryer, tv, fridge, kettle and toaster.

Absolutely incredible stay, cannot recommend this enough! The accommodation is within a couple of minutes from Bondi Beach, however it is located on a very quiet street so you have the best of both worlds. The room (I had room number 1 which I believe is the garden suite) is really charming, and you can just tell that whoever did the decoration thought of every last detail. All products provided (eg. Linen, appliances, bathroom items) are of the utmost quality and they stay true to what they are advertising online. Friendly staff who were very helpful (even though we never actually met in person. What a gem of a place! Bravo, Bondi Beach House, and thank you!

The only two minor issues I encountered were: 1) the room did get very cold at night (July), I had to use all of the blankets provided plus a water bottle, in addition to the tiny heater they supply. I was comfortable, but without my hot water bottle I wouldn’t have been - this is something for travelers who feel cold easily to bear in mind if they’re going in winter! 2) I thought the walls were a little bit thin as at times (but rarely) I could hear next door/upstairs neighbors more than I’d have liked.

The breakfast included was great! Such a great set up! The accomodation was a great size and super close to Bondi Beach, restaurants and cafes! Super easy to catch public transport too. Wendy the host was lovely and super helpful.

The room could have used more heat being in the colder months or even some spare bedding! (I’m sure as a request this probably could have been provided)Otherwise couldn’t fault the accomodation!

Nice spacious beaituflly furnished room and the house has a beautiful terrace to sit outside on a bench. We learned for two adjacent rooms (1 and 2 I think) both remote controls control the fans in both rooms, meaning when one room wants to turn their fan off, the fan in the other room will be turned off as well; if that room wants to turn theirs back on, the other fan goes back on as well, hope they fixed that. The "breakfast" is just some cereals and milk etc. they put in your room beforehand but why not. In the end, nice accomodation but in my honest opinion too expensive for what you get, especially as there is no BBQ or other option to cook on your own which in all our other stays in NSW seemed to be a staple.

Location! Plus it had really cute decor, the team was lovely and responsive, and it just had a really homey feel. The space heater really helped for the chilly nights and the pillows were very comfortable.

Little niggles - the full length mirror was not in a location that I could actually see myself in it, and the couch could do with a little more comfortable pillows.
