The bed is so soft and comfortable it was amazing to lay in. The staff here are so helpful and amazing I would 100% recommend to stay here and I would personally stay here again if I came back to Bondi. They give you a $20 voucher to a pizza shop that’s next door to the hotel too! The room itself was very clean and it comes with an ice machine and a coffee machine as well as a fridge. I would definitely recommend booking the hotel well in advance to your trip to Bondi Beach as they sell out fast. Speaking of the beach it’s only like a 5 minute walk down a straight road.

The room I stayed in had some problems with the WiFi as it kept switching off and not loading things. I mentioned this to the staff and they were really helpful in trying to sort it out for me but in the end it still didn’t work properly. The window and walls are quite thin too and the hotel is next to a main road so it can get quite loud at night but they provide earplugs for you which is nice. But other than that there is nothing wrong!

Good sized room. Excellent bathroom with lots of storage. Unexpected mini kitchen and balcony. Lovely big comfy bed. Good complimentary breakfast in lobby. Great location central to everything Bondi. very friendly staff.

No hotel parking. Insufficient clothes storage. No sockets near bed on 1 side. Balcony furniture horrible! Main disappointment was complete lack of support from hotel on a booking.com problem. As I was unable to use 3 of my 5 nights due to schedule change. No refund,credit,anything. Really unimaginative and some goodwill would have been appreciated.

was the perfect location for what we were looking for, only being a short walk away from Bondi beach with loads of restaurants nearby. The voucher to the neighbouring restaurant was also a fantastic deal. We loved that the check in and check out process was so seamless with minimal contact with other people, whilst maintaining such a high standard of service

We were a little confused about whether we were supposed to get our own linens and towels or if they would be changed for us like normal, but as we were only there for 2 nights it wasn’t a big issue

The room feels very spacious, compared to a standard hotel room in Sydney. It even has a kitchen. The location is top notch! You can just walk down to all restaurants/cafes and Bondi beach.

There is no reception (maybe because we stayed there during Xmas holidays), so it felt quite unsafe to leave our luggage at the reception which open to everyone. The WiFi connection is quite poor. There are noises in the other rooms during the night, which can feel quite uncomfortable. It is probably a known issue, which is why staff provided earplugs.

They gave us a king suite twin room. The bed was so very comfortable, very, very clean room and having a seperate small area for tea and nespresso machine was fantastic. Also, they had a complimentary breakfast station down stairs ,at reception, which was a wonderful treat. Fresh fruit, toast, coffee. Its a compact hotel but in a great location, with great restaurants and Woolworths, bottle shop, and a small walk to Bondi Beach and Iceberg pool and restaurant. Will absolutely stay there again.

The only problem is that there's no door on the shower, so water goes out, they should put a sliding door. Other than that it was great.

The location is excellent. Bus stop outside that will take you to Bondi Junction in 10 mins which has connections onward to anywhere in Sydney. Very quick and direct walk to the beach. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for a 5 night stay. Fridge, kettle, cutlery, cups etc. We purchased our own milk and butter but there was some downstairs every morning with complimentary bread, jams etc. and use of a toaster. The self service aspect really suited us as we don't usually look for house keeping during a stay and this hotel made it very easy to access extra towels, tea, or soap etc. There's an amazing bakery next door which we went to every Morning for pastries and bread! The Pizza restaurant on the corner is also fantastic and the hotel kindly gave us a voucher to use there during our stay!

The Blue Hotel is located in a great spot close to the beach & lots of cool shops & cafes. Super comfortable beds, and everything you need for a 1 night or couple night stay! Overall, had a great time and felt comfortable here. Easy digital checkin in process.

If you’re driving, the Wilson’s parking nearby is confusing but ended up being $71 from 3pm to 10am (19hours). The bathroom also doesn’t have ventilation fans and a slight bit of mould on the roof.

Excellent location. Good vibe. Good bed and amenities. I enjoyed the natural light and being able to open a door to a small balcony. Free coffee (Nespresso), toast and jam were a great touch.

A bit grungy in places (communal toilet, balcony). Hairdryer not useful as missing the end connection. Fairly pricey for a backpacker vibe. But did enjoy it being kept real. Didn’t think it should cost $50 to get a late checkout when accommodation was already quite expensive.

Interesting type of new 'digital' hotel. Rooms were great, location was great. All the interaction is online which gave us a little headache getting into the rooms initially with the key codes but otherwise it worked well.

On the day were were checking out we had to get our digital codes reset to get into the room to grab our bags. Not a big deal but took a few minutes and a couple of trips up and down from the room to get it sorted

Location was good and the sleeping area itself was large. The kitchenette room was a nice touch and provided space for each of us to dress as you couldnt get dressed in the bathroom. Two complimentary drink tokens for the bar/restaurant downstairs was an excellent surprise. The room was tidy and beds were quite comfortable.

The bathroom was TINY. As an average sized person it wasn't comfortable to sit on the toilet because it was crammed awkwardly into a corner. The shower was also tiny and you couldn't even get dressed in there after a shower if sharing the room with a friend. There were no sheer curtains, only a black out blind and a direct view to the street so a huge lack of privacy unless you wanted to be in a dark room.
