Tower 3 of the hotel is amazing, as it is newer. Those rooms are spacious, modern and clean. The pool is quite basic but it is nice to take a quick dip, shame that it is internal. Also lovely staff, who are very willing to help.

My initial room was not cleaned properly (spiderwebs in bathroom, Stinky kitchen and lots of marks everywhere) However when I mentioned it to reception, they immediately helped me out and swapped me to a new room acknowledging that some things where missed in that room. It was Christmas eve, and fully understand staff was super busy (including housekeeping) but they went out of there way to make sure I was happy in the new room.

The facilities were awesome. Loved the pool, spa, and swimming pool, and that our room had a bathtub, and its own clothes washer and dryer, and tint balcony... oh, and the bed and pillows were soooo good. Also loved the location - a short walk to Bondi Beach, the most amazing shopping centre right outside your door, and public transport also right out front. So convenient! The styling of the room was good, too. Would definitely stay there again.

Not really the hotel's fault, but we could hear doof-doof music, which woke us up every morning at like 5 or 6am. We think it was coming from the classes at the gym on the street below (we were on the 4th floor, but sound seems to travel). Will bring earplugs next time.

A renovation of the 2 reception areas in the past 12 months, is welcome, as is the staffing of the smaller reception area for Tower 3. Great location immediately above Bondi Junction train station and bus interchange. across from the Westfield shopping Centre. On site parking is not inexpensive, but very convenient. Excellent access to the CBD by bus and train, and to Sydney's Easten Suburb beaches by bus. There are lots of good inexpensive restaurants in the adjoining Mall and surrounding streets.

Directions in the foyer of Tower 3 and training of staff to advise on direct pedestrian access to the train station which does exist via the carpark.

Very spaciousness rooms, good facilities. Comfy bed which we always look out for. Hotel is right above the BJ bus and Metro station, great access down a lift and no need to step outside, very convenient. 10min bus to Bondi Beach, 15min to the city. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Cheap Fresh juices just outside the station.

Could not open the window to the balcony. Girl checking us in was very rude. She did not explain the charges of paying by Apple Pay or using a physical card, she then proceeded to keep shaking her head at us when I pointed it out. I told her to stop shaking her head as it was rude. She offered an hour l8er checkout for the inconvenience, we had an early 7am flight anyway. We did engage with other staff who were friendlier than her.

The Meriton Suites complex is very conveniently located right in the heart of Bondi Junction which is a quick trip into the city and Circular Quay via the Metro. Our 2 bedroom suite on level 9 in tower 2 had a nice view over to the harbour. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the whole unit was nice and clean. The kitchenette was well equipped and it had a washing machine and dryer. The heated pool is lovely and the small gym is well equipped. The Reception staff were friendly and helpful. We felt very secure in the complex which has good security facilities. We would recommend the Saigon noodle bar in the mall.

Our unit was very large with plenty of space. The location was extremely handy for shopping and access to public transport. Everything was very clean and tidy. The beds were large and comfortable. All the staff whom we spoke to were very polite and helpful.

Given the tariff for our room I would have expected that the room would have been made up each day and tea/coffee used being replaced, we had to ask to have this done. We live in regional NSW and when travelling and staying in motels, parking is complimentary. I believe this should also be the case with the Meriton.

Awesome location. Central to everything and short bus to Bondi Beach. Light sleepers may not enjoy the vehicle noise at night but all windows are double glazed so it wasn't too bad and not noticeable at all with ear plugs. Staff were friendly.

One small lift for entry and exit is not enough. The other was apparently out of order but we saw no signs of it being serviced. A tiny bin for a 3 bed apartment and a 5 night stay is a pretty obvious error that should be easily fixed. TV wifi doesn't work and neither did chromecast, so no Netflix etc. Pool was far too cold. Had to ask 3 times for additional shampoo and washing liquid.

Suite 112 was fantastic! Amazing view from our balcony, including the Sydney Harbour Bridge in the distance. It had everything you needed if you wanted to cook or just have a relaxed breakfast on a lazy day, though we dined out. Plenty of fantastic cafés and eateries within a few minutes walk. The Westfield shopping centre is round the corner with quality shops, a cinema and a variety of great eateries too. The pool and sauna are excellent after a long day. The staff are extremely helpful and the facilities are very clean.

Extremely minor detail but if the TV had the apps for Netflix etc that would let you log in to your own account that would have been much better than having to stream from your phone.

Big comfy space in a great location as next to the train so it was easy to get around and closer to the beaches if you’re not wanting to stay in the city. Lovely views from the pool, and helpful that we could store our stuff all day whilst waiting for a bus to Byron.

The staff called us at 9pm at night for no apparent reason… they asked why we didn’t have room service in the morning (we had only been there one day so didn’t need our towels changed), and also told us we were checking out a day earlier than we were… this was rectified on the phone call but very odd. We also requested a hair dryer on the first morning that said would be an hour, didn’t arrive until the next evening when we had called down again, at 10:30pm at night which was a bit annoying.

I came to Sydney for a friend's 60th birthday so stayed at the Meriton as did they. Was an overnight stay so didn't spend much time onsite. Greeted by friendly staff and assisted by other wonderful staff when I got a little lost. Room was really well appointed and would have been great to be able to take advantage to the comforts/facilities if my stay had been longer. Had a great coffee and croissant at the Lil Hut. Enjoyed the views from the garden areas. Bed was comfy, shower had great water pressure, and the presentation put affordable luxury on show. Liked the idea of laundry facilities within. My only issue was I couldn't get the AC to work, and my room was a little warm. Definitely recommend Meriton at Bondi Junction.

As a very infrequent overnight visitor to Sydney would have loved a better view from my room on P2 but it was convenient to my carpark.
