Location, amenities, service, comfort, convenience, cleanliness. Also, having a supply of tea/coffee was a pleasant surprise.

Nothing that I didn't like but there are some things that would be "nice to have", like Instructions on how to use appliances would have been helpful. I had to download a user manual to figure out the washing machine. Also, having brochures/information about local restaurants, buses into the city, etc. would also have been helpful to us. But none of this was a deal breaker. Parking was a little bit of a hassle - with our parking about a 5 min walk uphill from the apartment. If I were a few years older, i imagine this might be more of a problem.

We chose this accommodation mainly on its location and it did not disappoint. It was fantastic to be just down the road from Bondi Icebergs, the start to the Bondi to Coogee walk, bars/cafes/shopping/live music and Bondi Beach. We also booked this apartment because it was self-contained and it had everything we needed to self cater. Much appreciated. The check in was very smooth with codes sent to us the day before.

The property was as described, and very comfortable. We decided to book the apartment that did not have the view of the beach, due to cost. While the balcony is technically a balcony, it possibly should not be described as such, as it barely fits the two chairs and faces a brick wall. However, we knew this when booking, and were prepared to pay for the location. The apartment itself was great - very comfortable and well appointed.

We had a wonderful stay. Thank you very much, Vicky and your housecleaning team, for the consistent upbeat and sincere welcome and gracious and helpful service. Our room was large, clean, no smells, beds comfortable, kitchen modern, updated, and well equipped. We were nervous about a 38C day but our room aircon (plus blinds down during the hottest sun) worked perfectly. Our Bondi beach view through the trees was stunning morning noon and night. The location could not be improved upon, with easy access to the beach down the hill across the street, Icebergs across the street, and to all the Bondi shops and services. Woolies (groceries) is about 8 mins walk. Rare motocycles exhuberant revving on Campbell Pde but our bedroom in the back was quiet and we slept well. Convenient in-room washing machine -- then we'd use the drying rack. As a cyclist, I appreciated that Vicky was OK with my carefully storing my clean bicycle in my room, although I gather you should check the room type as some involve stair access. The best stay of our holiday. We would love to come back someday.

Location was the best! And how easy everything was: check in and check out information and practical solution how to get in and out. Nice cleaning ladies. All practical equipment very often lack of like washing powder, salt and pepper, sugar, toiletteries, enough towels etc. Comfy beds. Real vacation life!

Nothing to complain!

Comfortable studio apartment with large double bed and sofa bed, max capacity 3 adults. Very well equipped in terms of cooking utensils, crockery, glassware etc. Also kettle, toaster, coffeemaker, washer/dryer etc, they seem to have thought of everything. Despite being on the main Bondi Beachfront, far quieter than I expected. The key system using a code communicated on arrival day by email worked very well. Of course, the price was not cheap but you definitely get what you pay for, especially in this popular tourist area.

Perfect location directly opposite Bondi Beach with a large balcony. Very private and quiet. Had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds. Lovely renovated bathroom and kitchen. So close to shops and restaurants all in easy walking distance. Also fully serviced so beds made and fresh towels daily if required - so good! Also having code access meant no keys to take or lose - too easy!

What could we possibly NOT like?! The apartment itself was fabulous. Beautifully decorated, very comfortable, wonderful balcony overlooking the beach and the active community. Perfectly located for food, shopping, buses, sightseeing, etc. The staff that services the apartments are very accommodating and professional.

I can't think of anything we didn't like. We were well taken care of.

View and location are perfect. Beach is near, a lot of shops and places to eat near. Bus that will take you to Sydney center 2 minutes away. In aparment you have AC in case it will be hot or heater if not :)

One glass windows let all sounds in! And if there is a party downstairs you will hear all like you are on this party. Those who used that dryer dry clothes so that you can put them on immediately, be aware that this is not the case for dryer in apartment. As a suggestion would be great if there was robot vacuum cleaner.

We loved the location, the view was breath-taking and being so close to Bondi Beach was amazing. The kitchen facilities were perfect for our stay, the beds were very comfortable, and being able to open the windows for fresh air was a bonus. Having laundry facilities was very welcome. It was so convenient to have a variety of cafes, shops and supermarkets very close by as well as a bus stop only metres away. The apartment was perfect for us 3 adults and a 6 year old child. Whenever we contacted the staff they were totally friendly, efficient and obliging. We'd definitely stay here again.

There was nothing we did not like. The only suggestion for an improvement would be a proper espresso machine.

Location is excellent. Directly opposite bondi beach. Accesibility was a slight issue with pram. Our room was up a few stories in an elevator but there was about 10 stairs down to our room so we had to carry the pram up and down which isnt great. Make sure you check this accessibility issue before booking if you have any form of wheels! The apartments are directly above shops and cafes and close to bondi icebergs ocean pool. There us a woolworths about a 500m walk which is handy. Very clean apartment. Nice and spacious. We had a view of another building though not the beach so thats worth checking also :) Would definately stay again. Microwave, washing machine, kettle, oven and stove provided. Comfy bed and nice clean sheets. Biggest problem was the $45 a day parking. That’s alot of money added to a stay but pretty common for Sydney.
