A brand new hotel. I stayed here when it first opened a couple of months ago. They have thought of everything. The rooms may be small but the lay out and design make sure you don't miss out on the same comfort as larger rooms. They have a massive bed with one of the biggest TV I have seen in a hote rooml at the end of it. Nice bathroom and sink set in the room which blends well. It feels like a studio. Fridge and microwave in every room. Comnual modern kitchen and one of the best gyms have seen in nay hotel including some 5 star ones. When this hotel was designed alot of thought has went in to it.

This hotel is absolutely perfect. It’s super modern, calm and ideally located close to many restaurants, the huge Westfield shopping center and public transport. In just 4 metro stops you can reach the Sydney Opera House. The shared kitchen is modern, spotless and fully equipped if you want to cook instead of eating out. There’s also a convenient gym on the 10th floor, laundry facilities to wash and dry clothes and a very friendly, smiling staff. A nice extra touch is the option to refill your bottle with sparkling or flavored water. Honestly, everything about this hotel is spot on, and the value for money is excellent. Nothing to complain about highly recommended!

This hotel is in a great location right next to the 5-story Westfield shopping mall offering many food and shopping options. It is brand new and very smartly designed with in-room conveniences of free wi-fi, USB ports right next to the bed, microwave, refrigerator, easy-to-use temperature controls, blow dryer, and safe. Outside the room there is a common area laundry room with irons and ironing boards, steamers and a gym for cardio and resistance training with a spectacular view of the Sydney skyline. We loved every part of our stay here.

The location of the hotel is great, very close to Bondi Junction trains and buses, a 40 minute walk along Bondi Road to Bondi beach. The staff were helpful and nice.

I stayed three nights and expected that the room will be cleaned every day and also towels will be changed. Unfortunately the room was not cleaned at all and no fresh towels were given. It wasn’t a big deal because I didn’t make much mess but still, a bit disappointing. Although my room was on the last 10th floor and I specifically asked for a room with a nice view, I just saw a car parking and a roof from my window. It wasn’t a particularly inspiring view.

There were not many places to eat after 6.30 at night. I eventually found a very good sushi train. I think the hotel could provide a list of recommended places. The hotels own restaurant wasn't open when I was there. Also housekeeping neglected to clean my room. I got back late in the afternoon and was leaving the next day so didn't bother to report it. But it was annoying.

The location is great - short walk to shops, bars and transport. The room is very comfortable and the facilities are amazing. The communal kitchen is extreamly well set up with everything you can need to cook a feast. There is a large laundry and a decent gym. The rooftop area has plenty of seating to enjoy a bit of sunshine. The coworking spaces are great as was the onsite cafe.

The jackhammer outside my window at 7am.... not the hotels fault but not ideal. The view of the shopping centre car park was not exactly appealing either. I would prefer a bed that can be accessed from both sides but the rest of the room was wonderful.

This was the best place we stayed on our 9 day journey. The staff were friendly and helpful. The design of the rooms is spectacular. Having a herb garden guest kitchen for socialising and also having earth friendly event nights and regular theme nights gives you the option to socialise without an obligation. Will look to stay again at a future date.

If your coming from bondi train station - do not follow the google map directions it will send you thru car ramps loading bays/ much smarter to cut thru from west to east side of shops and exit at Myers department store east entrance. No fault of the Hotel just a quirk of iPhone navigation

I loved the room and its fittings and furnishings as well as the restaurant area.

Well I know they didn't clean the room everyday but every few days as a sustainability thing which I was happy about but I didn't know how to get the room serviced at all. It didn't matter too much but I would have liked more information about it.

Lovely friendly staff😀 Good location: few steps to shopping mall, restaurants, metro and railway station, bus stops and 25 minutes walk to Bondi beach or 10 minutes by Taxi. Safe neighbourhood. Large kitchen to prepare youe own meal. Self laundry. Gym. Terrace on top of the hotel, nice view of the city and the sea. Feee drinking water in each floor.

I hope of they have Halal food at the restaurant.

Lyf offers bright, contemporary interiors and a warm, lively vibe. The room is compact yet cleverly designed, providing all the essentials—kettle, fridge, safe, hairdryer, and a flatscreen TV—and features one of the best hotel showers I’ve experienced. The small gym is well equipped, and the location couldn’t be better, right next door to Westfield Bondi Junction. The included breakfast was wonderful. I will return!
