Everything about the QT Bondi was amazing - perfectly located right in the center of Bondi Beach main strip, above the supermarket and with many many places to eat directly below the hotel. The room was huge, with gorgeous, modern decor that was a step above the normal hotel vibes. Bed was very comfortable, and shower was amazing. Bathroom had a Dyson hair dryer! Staff were responsive and helpful to my requests, and the entire hotel was spotlessly clean. It is my new favourite hotel.

There was only a courtyard view from our room, but the spacious, comfy room, location and friendly staff easily made up for it.

The location is unbeatable—Bondi Beach is literally right across the street, just a quick walk away. Our room was spotlessly clean (10/10), and having a washer-dryer was super convenient. The supermarket downstairs made it easy to grab anything we needed. We also loved the free beach towels and rental surfboards, which made enjoying the beach even easier. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and for our second stay, after contacting QT’s customer service online, they ensured we had a firmer mattress, which made a huge difference. We finally slept well, and they even confirmed that our next booking in four weeks will have the same setup. Huge thanks for that!

Early check-in before 3 PM wasn’t possible, which was tough after a 12-hour flight. The mattresses are another issue—during our first stay, we had a mattress that was way too soft and worn out, causing back pain. When we asked the reception for a firmer one, they told us nothing could be done and even mentioned that they regularly receive complaints about the mattresses. Only after reaching out to QT’s customer service directly for our second visit was our request accommodated. This should be addressed as a general improvement, as it seems to be a common issue. If the hotel upgrades its mattresses across all rooms, it would truly be perfect!

The place is very good with excellent location. The lift in the building works on your room key and goes to the ground floor where you have a bottle shop and supermarket. Literally minutes walk from the beach and Bondi Hotel really enjoyed this place room is very clean and modern with brilliant facilities.

There is two staff members on the desk that are not very nice or helpful and come across actually very rude. The rest of the staff are extremely helpful and nice its just these two people letting the place down. Be aware they where just starting demolition of the building next door so maybe avoid for a few months

We arrived from airport and walked into reception that was warm as quite cold and the aroma was so lovely. The king studio rooms are very comfortable with everything you need and awesome little touches to make the stay easier.The coffee pod machine was the best Thankyou!! We would highly recommend this property and the best location in Bondi. Walking distance to bars restaurants. There is a supermarket and bottle shop on the ground floor and access by lift but didn’t find out till day 3 but better late than never!! Very nice and definitely go back again 🙏🙏🙏

Probably the only thing we thought was the carpets and floors to bathroom needed upgrading as getting a bit worn but really everything was great

Phenomenal hotel - recently refurbished room, everything looked brand new. Sleek spotless bathroom, girls dream bathroom (very instagrammable). Location is superb - stones through to Bondi beach, very close to restaurants and bakeries, as well as trendy shops. Staff were nice, we had an issue with the safe which got fixed asap. All in, perfect stay, I was surprised by the cost as well - definitely good value for money. We will be back for sure!

Nothing to fault

Great room, large and clean. Great location, backing onto trendy Gould Street, and seconds from the beach. Lovely staff. Excellent amenities - Dyson hairdryer, Nespresso machine, towels smelled so fresh!

I couldn't find any slippers or robe in the room. Would definitely have loved some slippers for walking on the floor. Also, unlike most hotels in this price range, the room does not include any water - I paid $8 for a bottle of water from the mini-bar upon arrival because I was so thirsty, which is a bit much.

The location and facilities available are very good with supermarket downstairs The rooms have everything needed and are clean new and comfortable

There is a new apartment building just started to be built next door so it was starting to get noisy in the mornings but this will get much worse There is 2 staff members on the desk you are just not very helpful at all and so what rude but the rest of the staff are lovely and very nice.

Laura was amazing - so welcoming and helpful. A wonderful asset to the hotel! The rest of the staff were equally friendly, and I loved having a room I could open a ranchslider and get fresh air inside instead of being at the mercy of air con.

It would be nice if QT offered DairyFree Milk alternatives for the room, but there is a supermarket under the hotel where you can easily grab some for your morning coffee.

The hotel has a great location, opposite Bondi Beach and near public transport and lots of shops. We asked for a quiet room and slept soundly.

The bed was dreadfully soft and saggy. I asked for a replacement mattress and this wasn't possible, but the hotel staff were responsive and quick to put a timber board under the mattress which helped a litte.

The whole vibe of the room was very modern, funky clean, spacious and had its own private balcony. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was large, included a bath, and had a range of lux quality products for use. The room contained a kitchenette if you want to cook. The property is in a great location walking distance to everywhere, across the road from the beach, and I liked that it was tucked away from the main street and busy bars/nightlife so noise wasn’t an issue. I’d happily stay there again!

Nothing really. However there was mix up with my check out time, as I’d asked for late check out and given it on arrival. It wasn’t documented properly and when I returned to my room after breakfast the morning of check out, I was locked out, then interrupted during the final hour of my time there.
