I was extremely impressed with the staff on reception. We arrived early after I had had an eye operation. The woman on reception was really kind and found us an apartment we could upgrade to and I could get the sleep I needed. We had travelled from the Blue Mountains - a 4am start to get to the hospital. On departure, the reception staff were friendly and also kind - allowing us to leave our luggage until we were ready to head back to the mountains. The apartment was lovely but the staff made our stay really comfortable. Thank you.

You only need to bring a shirt and yourself. The hotel provides bottles of Complimentary Toiletries so you do not need to ask the reception nor the housekeeping to give you another one. The washing machine and dryer is available too in the room. I do not need to wash my clothes when I returned home. The location is very close to the train station (never heared any traffic horns nor the train itself in the room) and all sorts of shops. Lastly, the concierge is really nice and accomodating. I fogot his name but he was there Jan. 6 '24 at 5PM.

I travel for a LIVING as a Travel Writer; booked this last minute at an editor's request to test the bed springs on suburbian sites around Sydney. The LOCATION was fabulous for public transport; train and bus out the front door, shopping right THERE. Eatries aplenty! BUT the TOPS for this review would have to be THE STAFF! On EVERY Shift, the folks behind the desk and in the hallway cleaning, were exceptional...

I almost always, get the sweet suite 'on the house' ... I'm spoilt but I did pay for this venue... and it reconfirmed my notion for our readership it was Good Value, GREAT Location and Tops team...

Fantastic location a stone's throw from Chatswood Metro and Train interchange, which made it easy to get to from Sydney airport. Easy and friendly check-in. Quiet room, comfortable bed. Modern decor. Handy separate kitchenette in studio room. The restaurant on site appears permanently closed, however there are plenty of restaurants and cafés in that area. We were referred to the Briskett café across the road for breakfast which was very good. Would stay here again.

No restaurant on site. Would like to see different pillows on offer (such as a contour pillow) through housekeeping.

Location is great with close proximity to public transport and restaurants. Room was very good with lots of space and very comfortable.

The hallway between the lift and our room smelled like garbage - literally. The garbage shute smelled like the back of a restaurant. Despite 3 emails, the hotel refused to confirm that they could supply twin beds instead of one double bed. Parking cost $25/night! Surely you can provide this free to guests.

It’s very close to Chatswood station and the surrounding shops and restaurants. The room was large, and well equipped. I had enough pillows. Clean and comfortable.

I couldn’t figure out how to use Streaming Apps on the TV (like Netflix) using an iPhone - the setup appeared to be focused on Android devices. Fell a bit between the two beds that made up the King Bed.

Apartment was a great size with large living area, good size bedroom and nice kitchen. Everything was clean. Nice bed linen. Bed in bedroom was comfy and sofa bed for our kiddie was the most comfortable sofa bed we've ever come across! Really nice thick mattress.

Bathroom was pretty outdated and could use a good reno/clean up - stained silicone around edges of bathroom just made it look grotty even though it was obviously cleaned before our stay - I say obviously because the cleaners left their sponge on the benchtop! Shower only good if you're very short, or a child. Bath the same, tiny. Only other thing was there was only one spare blanket supplied and the sheets/doona already on the beds were quite thin. We got chilly during the night.

Excellent, easy to access location, great access to public transport. My room was nice and quiet

I couldn't easily find details about the room i.e. checkout time, I ended up having to bring up my booking to see what was on there. I checked the TV for a compendium or hotel information and found nothing

The room was spacious. It was great to have access to a washing machine for the extended stay. The pool was also a bonus for my children. The hotel was a stone's throw from the Westfield plaza, so there was great options for eating out.

We stayed on a public holiday, so it would have been helpful to have a continental breakfast available.

Location is perfect for public transport and Asian food. I've used it many times as it is convenient when I am flying out of Sydney early.

My partner and I don't like a split mattress. Seats around the apartment table were uncomfortable. I'd like something to wash up the kitchen plates and glasses with as we stayed 2 nights and friends at the hotel joined us.
