The room is large with ample space to move around, the double bed was also large and everything was clean and well maintained. The bathroom was also modern and clean with good water pressure and hot water. Overall, I was impressed with the size and quality of the room for the price. The location is also convenient and short walking distance to the Church St eateries and there is a light rail stop right outside.

If you are parking, beware the basement parking layout and entry/exit is very tight and cramped especially if you have a larger vehicle.

Location great. Room not large but very comfortable. Bathroom included a shower/bath which suited us. Buffet breakfast was excellent & cost very reasonable.

Breakfast room attendant wasn't overly attentive & didn't pass on my order to the barista. After waiting some time, we eventually walked to the barista and requested the coffee order ourselves. My partner later said to me she had heard when we checked in for breakfast that the barista had said to the attendant you need to let me know when you get a coffee order. Perhaps she was new to the role ?

Nice breakfast buffet, secure parking, comfortable room and beds. Staff were very nice and helpful. There’s a beautiful park across the street. The pool is outdoor. It’s close by to westefields shopping centre and near to all the restaurants around church st.

The pool could have been cleaned from some leaves and bugs, but that was not too much of a big deal. The spa didn’t look very clean and the water was cold. The gym is a little small. The TVs don’t have Netflix. I rated the value for money a little low only because when I booked it was extra expensive per night as it was the long weekend.

Location and parking was easy. Room service and breakfast very convenient and delicious. Staff were fantastic and rooms clean and comfortable, very satisfied with my stay.

The rooms are tired for the price that is charged with technology like smart tv's with access to streaming very lacking. The shower over the bath is the only thing I don't like about it as I nearly slipped stepping out of the shower having to step over a bath. Modernising the bathrooms, adding smart tv's and maybe offering a 2 bedroom family unit would be fantastic !!

The room was a good size and I had a lovely view.

I’m not sure I like the theme of sustainability. It was actually more like Austerity. There wasn’t even a spare blanket in the room. There were no instructions in the room on how to turn up the air conditioning so I had to use the towels on the bed to try and get warm. Also just two tea bags in the room. Seriously. I’m talking about normal tea not camomile or green tea. No one drinks that kind of tea. I would also have liked to use room service but there were no healthy options the menu was basically fried food.

Bed was very comfortable, room size was perfect. Breakfast was lovely, and a great selection to choose from. Staff were helpful at every interaction. The toiletries were top quality.

Pillows weren't great, and a bit of guest noise with the very heavy room doors closing. I found it difficult to adjust the air conditioning unit but that could have been a "me" issue

Great bed, great location with view of Park and stadium. An extremely functional room. Just what one needs when visiting Parramatta! Car Parking on site! Staff were very friendly and accomodating! Bed was very comfortable and supportive!

Toilet malfunctioned Room 602 but was reported to reception. Air conditioning control and fans need some maintenance! Great idea with free filtered water bottle, however may need a paper seal to prove it hasn’t been tampered with! I think ours was refilled using tap water from bathroom as it had a chlorine taste! Not sure how the noise from the new trams will work when they are operational? May need noise insulation.

Facilities were good, location excellent-very walkable & all of the staff are what really made it special. From the reception, to housekeeping, restaurant staff, they were all polite, friendly & made it a memorable trip. Very impressive indeed. The room was immaculately clean & the bed was so comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud

Could do with a better coffee offering (pod machine, etc) Definitely could do with a microwave

Convenient location. Walking distance to and from train station, Westfield and restaurants right outside the hotel or just pop downstairs to the restaurant and bar within the hotel. It being so close to the hustle and bustle of the strip, I was worried about noise as we stayed on level 4 but once the window closed, you couldn’t hear any outside noise which was great! Room service during the day was a nice surprise as we weren’t told when we checked it but was nice to come back after a day of shopping to a bed made and clean towels. 38 degree days during our stay, the hotel was nice and cool in the common areas. Happy with our room, small but it had everything we needed.

A mini microwave would be nice in the room. Having not being able to cook, it would be nice to heat up leftovers from eatting out.

We were upgraded to a family suite which meant that the kids had their own room and my husband and I had our own room. Much better to watch TV whilst the kids went to bed. Breakfast was busy but the staff very quickly organised a table for 6 people. The kids loved the pancake machine! The Peleton bike in the gym was pretty cool, but annoying that you couldn't go on it without creating an account (no "guest" option).

We arrived to the hotel early (around 11am), however our room was not ready so we went out for a walk and ate lunch. Unfortunately, the room was still not available at 2pm (the stated check-in time) but the staff kindly upgraded our room. The shower screen in the room was on the smaller side so lots of water went on the floor.
