Nice view comfortable bed, room was clean on arrival ( no daily servicing) friendly accommodating staff especially Jude in the bistro. Nice tropical landscaping and pool area

Hot water system was broken down when we arrived shower was lukewarm the first night and cold by day two. When we complained we were told they are aware of the problem and a temporary system had been set up to at least give us lukewarm water! This left us wondering why not offer us a different room in the first place as the lack of hot water was not affecting all rooms! We were happy with a significant discount offered on our five night stay so problem resolved

We did not like the soft pillowd , we were there for there for 10 days I did not know that they only do house keeping 2x .. I would have liked to of had my bed made for me while I was on a holiday . You are able to get clean towels from reception and leave your bins out to be emptied , so it’s not a luxury holiday having your room all nice when you get back . Restaurant is great .the staff there are extremely friendly

Pool was great and rooms were very good. Happy and pool cocktails were good. Breakfast meals were very good! Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Council buses to Airlie were a convenient mode of travel. The dayshift female supervisor around the outdoor dining area was exceptional and very friendly. She was always busy and kept everything running smooth.

The king bed was very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on for both of us. Some bar staff were rude and moody at times on the afternoon shift. At times drinks service was very slow. We felt that the afternoon shift was missing a good supervisor.

The front of house staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. The hotel had a relaxing environment.

We arrived Christmas Eve. It was disappointing that the bar and restaurant were not available on Christmas Day, unless you booked the very expensive buffet lunch ($165). It was upsetting that the majority of families and guests had to seek alternate arrangements for food and beverages on Christmas Day/Eve to eat as the restaurant closed at 3pm. Thank you Red Fish for accommodating the Mantra Club Clientele. This should have been mentioned on your website.

The room was clean and modern. The first night, our bed configuration was incorrect, and housekeeping was unavailable to split the bed, but they did it the next morning. Loved the Sea View. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff were very attentive and happy to give advise re local attractions etc.

Buffet breakfast was mostly good. However, the pastries were soggy and inedible mostly. Would have been good to have options re Eggs instead of just scrambled. We only had dinner there once as the menu was a little lacklustre but is fine for young families. TV & Fan were both a little tricky to use but once you master it it's fine. No cable offered but you can cast from your device.

The room was small but very clean and neat and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were welcoming and helpful at all times - particularly Andy, the Maintenance Manager who helped with a problem in the bathroom.

I booked a disabled room and was told that it would not suit a person in a wheelchair. I can walk and use a 4 wheel walker but found the disabled room to be in a very unsuitable site. The path leading up to the room was steep and slippery when wet. The entrance to the room had a small step which didn't help. The part of the shower holding it to the wall was loose which meant that when turned on, the water sprayed everywhere and caused a slipping hazard. This was attended to by Andy who was a great help. The bathroom problem could be overcome by a glass screen as it is not suitable for wheelchairs. The hand rails were excellent.

The property was great. Our room was clean and modern and so quiet. We had breakfast included which was well worth it, the buffet had so much variety! They have a cold water dispenser as well which is handy with the hot weather. The pool is open late too for night swims. All the staff were helpful and friendly from front office; to bar staff and maintenance staff. We enjoyed spending time in the bar during happy hour. It had a relaxing vibe. I had called ahead to let them know we were celebrating our engagement and they left us a lovely card and some chocolates. We were so touched!

Sooo much to say about this incredible hotel! The staff /rooms/food/ bar were absolutely amazing. Honestly could not recommend enough. Super easy to get in and out of town, can either do the lovely 27min coastal walk or use button at reception for taxis, which come within minutes and very cheap to get into the centre (takes 5 mins max drive) Lovely cocktails/ lunch / dinner. Was a solo traveller (woman of 29 years old) and felt incredibly safe every day and at night time. Lovely rooms with smart TV if you want to chill whilst it’s peak sun. Just generally couldn’t recommend enough. Thank you !

Really lovely welcoming staff. Was served multiple times by a friendly/ kind Mexican woman who just generally brightened by day every time I ordered.

The room is newly renovated so it nice. I like the lemongrass ginger shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Breakfast is better than expected. Fresh fruit, hot food, yogurt, dessert & unlimited hot coffee and tea.

The fridge is inside the cabinet and every time when we opened the cabinet door and fridge, the fridge will move forwarded (because it is too small the light). The cabinet door can't be closed unless you move the whole fridge backward. I will suggest to install some fixings to avoid the fridge moves forward as it is already damage marked on the cabinet door.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice, and the pool was great. The location was good with everything easy to get to. Breakfast was plentiful.

It would have been nice to have breakfast vary a little. the breakfast was the same for the whole stay. It was nice though. There was no cold water in the fridge on arrival, which would have been nice given the heat. The bar seemed to run out of much of the standard spirits and sparkling wine and they weren't restocked. Limited the enjoyment of cocktails by the pool.
