The property was peaceful. The bed was very comfortable. We found the shower amazing and the water hot. The pool was lovely and a perfect temperature.

I personally feel that the accommodation is not 4 stars. The room is outdated and definitely requires a lick of paint. The sofa bed/ lounge was very uncomfortable, and with our stay being almost 3 weeks, it very noticeable. There was a lack of kitchenware. The pool area needs more than 2 sunbeds/ loungers.

Unit clean and spacious. Booked last minute and was very pleased. Good value for money. All facilities in unit including washing machine & dryer. Although we had a car, used a taxi a couple of times and very reasonable fare to city being less than $15.00. Lovely to sit on chair on balcony. Great air cons & screens.

Stairs. This was a struggle as I have bad knees and 30 stairs each way was painful. The other thing was the water pressure in the shower, this was extremely poor. 3rd thing was the TV. Really think channel 7 & 9 should be available.

I stayed in a one bedroom apartment for four nights. It was very spacious, lovely, and clean with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. The bed was very large and comfortable. There was a swimming pool and beautiful surrounds. The property was fully fenced, well maintained, and secure. The apartment met all my expectations and the service and staff were very good. I would highly recommend it..

Excellent location. Brilliant facilities. Amazing and friendly staff. Beautiful pool till 10 pm. All kitchen items if you love cooking. Great airconditioninig. Washing machine and dryer. Spacious rooms! In short, we just loved this place for a short stay.

There was a impatient neighbour scouting an opportunity to shout at the top of her noise if happen to be outside the apartmemnt on the corrridor speaking on phone! :-) But, we just ignored this person, maybe she is suffering from some illness where she could not tolerate normal noise level!

Central plaza apartments was beyond our expectations, we were on the ground floor right next to the pool was a great spot for the kids swimming, the beds were so comfy, there is aircons in every room, it is self contained had everything we needed. There's is also a bbq in the pool area which made dinners easy, we will definitely stay here again and recommend to family n friends. There is a bus stop across the road with a bus every 5 minutes into town it was a cheaper option than ubers to and from.

There was nothing wrong we cannot fault this place

Heather and Warren were great hosts, very helpful and respectful. Room was very well equiped, Bed was very comfortable, room was clean and presented well, The pool needed to be leaf cleaned , the spa unit connected to the pool does not work, but good size pool, great for an evening cool down, open till 10pm.. Close to bus route and easy walk to main CBD about 1 and a half kms along Lake Street, also very easy access to the Esplanade by the sea, 1 block over 10 minute walk, which is an awesome place for a stroll or take the kids for bike rides and a swim, in the awesome water play areas. Has a great coffee / food place also in the same area. Great pickup location for most activity providers, Kuranda Rail, Skyrail, Dive operators, Island Tours etc.

Could do with a potatoe peeler in the draws.

The apartments are very well equipped and very clean. We loved the large kitchen and bathroom, and the pool. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to resolve an issue when we had a complaint.

The sound of the TV is terrible. The beds are not the most comfortable.

I liked that I had a whole apartment to myself, with a washer and dryer and a TV.

Pretty far from the city center. The carpet in the bedroom didn't seem very clean and there was a weird smell. Everything felt very old.

Rod on reception was very friendly and helpful. The apartment had tea, coffee and milk provided to get us going. Pool was lovely, couldn’t seem to get the jacuzzi working but that would have been a bonus. A mile or so walk gets you into the middle of the city

Large spacious living / kitchen area, a private balcony, quiet, great air con and ceiling fans. Kitchen was fully fitted with everything. I personally thought it was excellent value for the good price. Even had a lovely pool. Centrally located too.
