The overall cleanliness of the room was exceptional. The bed was very comfy and I liked how there was an assortment of pillows (hard, soft, medium) available.

The light from the foyer coming in from under the door into the apartment. No air-conditioner in the bedroom, due to this the door of the bedroom could not be shut to allow the airflow from the lounge area into the bedroom. This light illuminated the bedroom at night quite significantly. Very minimal, we were able to block the light by placing something against the bottom of the door.

Was close proximity to the shops, restaurants and the beach. The two bedroom apartment we stayed was immaculate and very cosy. The kids loved the pool and the owners were lovely and welcoming. Will definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone visiting Port Douglas. Kiangali family Cairns

Convenient location, good size apartment, great security and value for money.

Full kitchen should include an oven not just a cook top and microwave.

Really well appointed rooms where they had thought of just about everything, from providing freezer shopping-bags and all the necessary kitchen gadgets through to being spotlessly clean and having good quality furniture and good aircon in every room. Great balcony with a lovely view. Just far enough from the highway that the noise levels weren't too bad.

There was a bit of a mix up when we got there so it took a couple of phone calls (and help from an on-site caretaker) to get the keys; and the wifi didn't work at first. But in both instances we were able to make contact with staff as soon as we phoned and they came and sorted it out.

Great location and a fantastic place to stay if you have a family. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. Great value and great location.

Convenient location. Pool was beautiful especially in this heat Aircons great bed comfy.

Shower wouldn't turn with switch for bath and lounge was filthy dirty all stained looked gross. Otherwise very comfy place.

The locals are loud in the park close to apartments

The apartment was very clean and had above and beyond what is normally in an apartment, as in kitchen and bathroom needs. The only thing missing was a box of tissues. Quiet room and very comfortable beds.

Would be great to have lift access to upper floors especially if you have heavy bags. Parking was available but not enough spaces if the units are full.
