Liked the community kitchen

The bed was a bit uncomfortable slopped to middle pillows was lumpy other wise good.it would be great if the pool bar and kitchen was opened and played music you's would get more people there otherwise we enjoyed the stay

We arrived early after an all night flight, and only hoped to leave our bags. The lovely Sam, warmly welcomed our tired faces and organised our rooms to be ready in only a few hours and with an upgrade that had us all sleeping soundly in a perfect space for a family. The pool is a great refresher and we have no trouble recommending this hotel.

A quick stopover after flying in late. We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and amenities in the 3 bedroom apartment. Kids enjoyed a late night swim and an early morning swim and it was a doable walk into cairns for dinner.

It’s not in the greatest of areas but it does provide value for money in an otherwise expensive market. Sometimes you just need something cheap and cheerful.

How easy it was to book online and be in the room 30 mins later and the price was excellent

I didnt know when booking it was a shared bathroom room would have paid more for that if necessary

Nice place great value for mney. For not much more than a backpacker histel, you have your own room, shower and balcony. A bit far out but with fixed fare buses 50c and fixed fare taxis not an issue. Staff were great went the extra mile on service. Nice clean pool as well.

Very clean room and shared toilet/shower, very ❄️ with aircon and ceiling fan, room private - perfect for me & my baby, amazing service, great location, trusting environment - my debit card I had dropped in the driveway was handed in and the best sleep we’ve ever had! - Beds were a dream. Went out of their way to accomodate us!

Affordable accommodation for one night stay in Cairns.

Hot water service in the bathroom in plain sight.

The room was very well equipped and comfortable. Centrally located and well priced for our budget.

Not arriving during a tropical downpour on the night. Then receiving a call from family after only an hour of settling in to leave the Motel and deciding not to return as it was too late and inconvenient for us both. We decided to just return to our own place of residence. We however would love to come back at some stage .

Although on a bus route, buses were infrequent and non existent on Sundays. It is a long walk into the city centre.

Clean, wifi was difficult to connect to but was good after connecting,

The shower tiles don’t slope well to the drain meaning the floor turns into a swamp. Makes it very slippery and is an OHS hazard. Needs to be fixed before OHS event that shuts the place down.
