My husband and I had a fantastic experience staying at Tropic Towers Apartments. The correspondence with management leading up to my check-in was excellent. They were proactive, sending photos and clear instructions for parking and where to pick up the key for a late check-in, which made the process seamless. Alla, the front desk representative, was exceptional. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and accommodating, offering assistance with anything I might need. Her warm and friendly demeanor made me feel so welcome. When I entered the unit, I was thrilled with how spotless it was—it was IMMACULATELY clean! The apartment had everything we needed and more. I loved that we could cook our own meals, as all the necessary appliances were provided. The air conditioning and ceiling fans kept the space comfortable, and the large shower-bath combination was such a nice touch. The apartment truly felt like a home away from home. It was so well-equipped, and every little detail had been thought of. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend Tropic Towers Apartments to anyone!

Honestly, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property. If I could make one small suggestion, it would be to make available a handheld vacuum for guests like me who don’t mind tidying up during their stay. It’s a minor thing, but it would be a nice addition to an already well-equipped and comfortable apartment.

Awesome fully furnished accommodation with everything including a washing machine an free dyre plus a oven and onsite parking and a balcony that includes ash tray fantastic has that great nth Qld decor for furniture which gives it that relaxed feeling that your in the tropics on holidays close to everything staying there again great value for money and lovely helpful staff

There's nothing not to like the worst thing to do is if the owners renovated it that would be a shame because the cane Furniture and bathroom an kitchen looks awesome PLEASE leave the motel how it is when you stay there it's got that home away from home feeling to it an a relaxed atmosphere plus awesome pool

Ample parking. 10 parks for vechiles of any height, and then a heap of parks around the back but have to be under 2.4m Good sized apartment, view to ocean from balcony, quick walk to waterfront, comfy bed, all the amenities you need. Loved that there was a washing machine/dryer.

Woken every morning at 6am from aeroplanes as airport is very close. Multiple flights happened between 6-7am. Property is on the main road so lots of road noise in pool area. I was in an apartment on the opposite side and could barely hear the busy road unless on balcony. Unsure what it would be like for those road facing apartment.

Well set up apartment. We had a 1st floor with a balcony. Smoking allowed on the balcony which my daughter appreciated. Lovely hot shower. We only stayed overnight as we had an early flight. Very convenient to the airport and off-street parking was great. Elevator was good for carting luggage up & down.

Not fond of a shower over the bath and there didn't seem to be a non slip mat of proper grab rails. Vertical blinds meant you couldn't block the light from the next door apartments.

Very spacious apartments on Sheridan St with ours located on ground floor n handy to car park. Large kitchen n lounge with spacious bathroom with spa bath; a little awkward to get in n out off. ! A/C in both rooms n big dining room TV with smaller bedroom one.

Shower access cumbersome for a pensioner especially if you take a bath. The divide btwn lounge n bedroom? It was locked so u cudnt close it n annoying if someone is watching Telly while trying to rest/sleep.

Perfect location. 10min drive to the reef fleet terminal. 3min from the airport. Going every direction is super quick as the hotel right on the main road. Check in and out super quickly. Management is super responsive. Nice tub for a soak after a sweaty day. The AC unit is very good! The facility is old but everything was in good working order for us. Free parking at the front and back of the building.

I think the couch could use some deep cleaning as the stain looked a bit unsanitary.

Lovely and spacious. Good size kitchen and living area. Option to turn shower into bath. Washing machine and dryer with powder provided. Great view with balcony.

Couldn’t complain really. There was a dirty spoon in the drawer which I suspect the previous people staying there had put back that way, but this was a minor thing. Also just a tad far to walk to the main cafe / restaurant hub (about half hour), but plenty of Ubers available.

The space was fantastic, and the cleanliness was top-notch. We have stayed in cairns many times, and it's a hit a miss, but this was somewhere that we will definitely be returning to. The pool was huge. The lady at the desk was so good and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience.

If i had to pick on something, the only thing i could think of is Location it wasnt the best, but it's also not the worst

Very helpful and friendly staff who were happy to store luggage for us when we headed up to Cape Tribulation. Extremely roomy and comfortable 3 bed apartment with everything we needed. Spotlessly clean and plenty of room to spread ourselves and relax. We particularly wanted a 2 bedroom apartment, which isn't always easy to find for a reasonable price, and this one was perfect.

We were happy with everything. There was a small issue that Warren immediately took care of and organised a repair.

This was a very late and last minute booking after our flight was delayed and we had to find accommodation close to Cairns airport, arriving after midnight. The staff member I spoke to was so kind and accommodating. She made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. The room and beds were extremely comfortable and much appreciated.

We liked everything
