I loved the fact it was a home away from home. Walking distance to the CBD and beautiful view of the esplanade... Had all the utilities needed to make my stay with my son comfortable. The two separate bedrooms and bathrooms allowed us privacy and my son loved swimming in the pool. Highly recommended. P.S the cleaning staff was so friendly and was happy to help with any questions we had. He deserves a raise!

Location was central and close to the airport. The apartment was roomy and had multiple seating options inside and on the patio The pool and spa were clean and functioning The kitchen was functional and allowed us to make multiple meals at the apartment Beds were comfortable

At least one of the hotplates wasn't working. There was hair on both of the bathroom floors upon initial inspection - not matching ours The parking was very tight for my SUV so I only parked under for 1 night and then parked on the street the rest of the time

Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff were appreciated; going the extra mile to help with the booking of a tour and a taxi to take me back to the airport. The location was close to all the facilities I needed in Cairns - despite the heat, I was able to walk to the bustling shopping, tourist, and restaurant areas with ease. Whilst I didn't need to use all the facilities the room had to offer, it came with everything anyone would need for a self-catering stay in Cairns.

I love the location. I had a ground floor, single bedroom apartment with courtyard that opened onto the grass area and the pool. It was perfect for me. Just be aware the early flights from the airport are a bit noisy from 6 am but it didn't bother me at all.

Appartment was clean but there were a few things I did give a once over as attention to detail was a little lacking.

The terrace is huge. Centre of the building. Love the view. Rooms are comfortable. Love the doors to the terrace in each room. Minh the apartment manager is fantastic and very approachable and accommodating. Security is great.

No cover over the whole terrace. Midgies/sandflies are pretty bad in this area so a screened outside area for smokers and sunshine getters would have been ideal...

The apartment is spacious, with a covered garage and good WiFi. The pool was also nice.

The apartment's location was decent, although not exceptional. It was situated on one side of the esplanade, which was around 2 km away from the bustling area where you could find a plethora of pubs, restaurants, and the picturesque lagoon.

The staff is helpful. The apartment is spacious for a family. Location is OK as long as you have a car. The ocean view is magnificent.

The washing machine and the dryer are a bit smelly. Shampoo, conditioner, and laundry liquid aren't replenished for free. Only one hair dryer for 2 bathrooms. The second bedroom is a bit cramped.

arrriving by car was difficult. didn't realise that you had to find a car parking space outside of hotel prior to checking in.

Apartment was spacious and had everything we needed, we only stayed one night but would definitely stay longer next time, and enjoyed the pool.

Signage to the pool would be helpful or a map in the apartment to show you where the pool and your way around the building would be good.

A spacious layout with a good kitchenette. It was clean with comfortable beds. The 2 bedrooms had an ensuite and a walk-through wardrobe to hang clothes. There was an undergound secure carpark and access was by elevator (lift).

We returned our hire car half way through our stay and found that the main tourist attractions were a long walk away. The use of a car is really needed to stay in the unit.
