Everything. From Kitchen facilities, to cleanliness, to the Pool ambience, to the hospitality of John & Noutekh - everything was superb. Clear check-in instructions made our late check-in very easy. Pool is not big, but well maintained and gives a cozy feeling.

Nothing much to report. There were a couple of minor things, but John's communication was smooth (even after hours) and he fixed it in no time. Location is a bit away from the city, but we knew it when we booked the place, so no complaints there.

We needed a nearby stop for a night after a 4am landing from Japan and had chosen Koala Court for its proximity to the airport in Cairns. John was particular good in communicating with us and very helpfully prepared our welcome information and keys in a safe for our inevitable middle of the night arrival. We arrived and checked in easily and slept well. In addition we were allowed to make use of laundry facilities for free which was brilliant and then to top it all off John dropped us up the road to our van hire place. The grounds we didn’t have much time to explore but the little pool and eating area were well set out and really clean and tidy. When you are treated as well as John treated us it makes you want to go back and spend a little longer!

The staff were very friendly and provided helpful recommendations on local restaurants and grocery stores, making our stay more comfortable with convenient local options. The host assisted us with a smooth check-in and check-out, accommodating our flight schedule. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped with essential appliances, making it ideal for a family stay.

I love that it is a self contained apartment, with the options to cook for yourself. It is close to the Esplanade and just an overall comfortable place to stay.

The staff are super helpful. I was particularly impressed that I could use the cooking utensils provided in the apartment to let me cook. I also like having a laundry next to my apartment to let me use the washing machine and dryer without having to pay. I would strongly recommend this hotel to others.

Liked the properly, staff and service. It was a very pleasant stay and very comfortable stay. The service was exceptional. When I couldn’t get a taxi ontime to get to my conference the property manager gave me a lift. Will surely return when ever we are in Cairns

Just the bath tub was old and very slippery

The staff are really friendly! I was travelling with two disabled people, and the staff organised us to stay in a room on the bottom floor of the property. The guy who I assume is the owner was very friendly and chatty, and when my client left his stool in the room, they even held onto it till we could go back and grab it a few days later (after we had gone to the tablelands). The rooms were a good size too 😊

Excellent location very central only minutes from the city center or to the esplanade, walking distance to several eateries, bottleshop etc . 10 minute drive to the Cairns Domestic/International Airport. Set a street back from the main highway so no road noise. These Self contained units are perfect for a holiday and are well equipped with functional kitchen, full size fridge, cooking facilities and laundry. Gated premises offering secure parking for your vehicle. Hosts John and Noutekh where lovely. We will certainly be returning.

The apartment was very spacious, with excellent light. It was very cleaned and tastily furnished and the kitchen was well equipped. The location allowed us to walk to the Esplanade and was conveniently located, close to the airport and shops. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately our bedroom window overlooked a busy road and traffic could be loud during the night.

We loved having our own apartment, especially at the end of our (campervan)trip. The rooms were very clean, kitchen well equipped, it had a sunny balcony and especially the staff were so lovely and helpful. The pool seems great, but we were too busy exploring the city. Great suggestion: the tandoori Indian restaurant around the corner!

It's about a 35 minute walk towards the lagoon, 25 to the mall. For us it was fine, actually good for a bit of exercise, but keep this in mind. Bed was a bit too soft for our liking.
