Great location, large rooms. Easy to access, walking distance to shopping centre. Great view.

The bathrooms are very small. Shower leaks over the floor into the hallway.

The location was excellent , close to shops, entertainment and restaurants.

We didn’t have any young children with us or visiting, however I would be a little concerned if they would venture out onto balcony with the height of the chairs on the balcony . While the chairs are heavy and difficult to move if you were little if an adult moved them up to the edge of the glass balcony and a child climbed up it could be dangerous.

Good location, comfortable apartment, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The apartment was large and fitted the 4 of us perfectly. Wish we could've stayed another night or 2. The heated pool was a nice surprise.Close to fantastic restaurants. Thanks for a great stay!

There were some ongoing issues with the elevator to the carpark.The carpark was a tight squeeze but we were thankful for an off road carpark. There was a lot of outside light shining into the bedrooms overnight. But otherwise a great stay.

This motel is the best in Mackay! View is amazing, location close to ALL the shops and restaurants.. rooms are really spacious and modern, amenities, pool and BBQ, gym are great! Just brilliant accommodation.

The whole place is nearing maintenance, paint and spruce up stage. The bathrooms are due for attention. But seriously the best property in Mackay in our family's opinion, and we'll be back again and again! The only negative at all which is a really tough one, is that the largest family rooms have another building in front, meaning the best views are the smaller rooms.. a tough catch 22! Because the larger rooms are the best!

Location great, close to the lagoon, walking track and restaurants. The pool was lovely, clean and a good temperature. The balcony was a good sizw with a pleasant view. The reception staff went above and beyond when we were unable to secure a taxi to get to the airport first thing in the morning. Upon their arrival to work at 7.45am one lovely member of the staff kindly drove our group of 4 with luggage in tow to the airport to ensure we made our flight. So very very grateful for this act of kindness.

There are no complaints about the accomodation. Mackay in general need to improve their taxi and or Uber accessability.

Great apartment! Very large and has everything that you need! The ladies who work at the reception are extremely friendly and helpful!

Great location, clean and spacious in a 2 bedroom apartment. Off street parking

Hot water in the bathrooms was an issue as it was mildly warm, had to use a bucket to get hot water from the kitchen tap to help get the bath water to a comfortable temperature.

Location and well appointed apartments

There was nothing that we didn’t like but our apartment was missing a microwave and sharp knives. Apart from that everything was great.

Good spacious rooms and big living area and spacious balcony. Self contained with fridge, washing machine, dryer and microwave.

Bathroom doors unable to contain water while having shower hence making the bathroom floors wet. Adequate towels provided for bathroom floors.

Great view, very clean and great location.

The bed was a little too firm. There are cooking facilities but no staples like salt and pepper which you can supply in little packets at worst like the sugar.
