I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was very comfortable; clean, well-furnished, and thoughtfully set up for relaxation. The highlight was definitely the location. My room overlooked the river which added a peaceful, calming touch to the whole experience. If you're looking for a comfortable place to stay with a scenic, riverside atmosphere, this is definitely a great choice.

We ordered room service from the restaurant, and while the service was excellent, the meal itself was disappointing. We chose the Massaman beef, but unfortunately, the meat was quite tough and chewy.

It was a very nice, large, well set out room. Breakfast was excellent and very good value. The location is also very good, especially if you want to be out of the center of Mackay and the location is still close to restaurants and taverns.

The upstairs room was slightly noisy with sound transmitted through the ceiling but not a great concern at all.

Great welcome on arrival. We celebrated our 40th Ruby Anniversary, on our own, because we wanted to just chill from everything. Our stay was the BEST and We just Slept, Eat and Watched Tele. Simple But The Best, Thank You. It was peaceful, restful and that's coming from local Farleigh Farmer's. We will definitely book again in the near future. Thank You again. Peaceful and quiet room's. The beautiful lady at reception and her lovely offer of a cocktail at dinner for our Ruby Anniversary,was lovely. Just something so simple as that meant a lot to us both. The room was just a perfect size,hot water was amazing as most motels it's pretty poor. The set up for self service was really great, everything you need. The hieght of the sink was excellent. Usually you have to either use the vanity sink( yuk). The bed and linens were Super clean,soft and ever so comfortable. We slept straight away for 2hrs on arrival.

The room was very large, nice quiet location off the highway. Restaurant on site.

As it was a street off highway it was hard to navigate the back streets to get there. Restaurant was handy but meals were expensive but good quality, more suited to fine dining rather than travelling families. Maybe tweek the menu to suit people wanting a basic hot meal whilst travelling.

Had Dinner at the Hotel, good value for money, and a good selection of food available. The room was good, bed was comfy, pillows were wonderful.

Pool needed to be cleaned, Face washer towels needed to be supplied in the bathroom. The tissue box was empty. The meals very big for one person. The Garlic bread should be sold as for one person or two people, what was on offer was great but for two people not one, way too much. (unless you are a gusts)

The restaurant was great, we had a lovely meal there after a very long day of travel. Eden, our waitress was super friendly and helpful. The room was very generous in size. There was no road noise.

We were in a downstairs room and unfortunately the people above us were partying late and stayed up until 4am. Dragging chairs around and making noise. I would request an upstairs room next time.

Nearly everything. The location, room size, value for money. It was so cheap I was expecting something to be very wrong. I was pleasantly surprised that it was just great value for money!

The bath taps were very sensitive. A mm too far right and it’s too cold, too right it was boiling.

The area was quiet for being so close to the highway, the facilities were clean and comfortable

Only thing that was concerning was the air conditioning in our room was a bit yucky inside the machine which we decided not to use as it looked like mould and travelling with 3 young kids we didn't wish to expose them to it.

The location. Clean and tidy.

Smoker from room 222 standing outside balcony near room 221/222 smoking. and having the smell of smoke come into my room. I was going to suggest a smokers side of motel and non-smokers side of motel. But im thinking that wont work due to room size etc and bookings requirements.

Good rooms. Very comfortable. Close enough to town and the highway to be convenient but set back off the road far enough to be quiet and relaxing. The restaurant served amazing food also and cold beers.
