All the comforts of home. Plenty of private space (bedroom and bathrooms upstairs) and shared space (lounge, dining and outdoor areas downstairs). Ideal for friends or families sharing. Clean and tidy throughout. Gated community and parking indoors makes it safe for female solo travellers too. Will definitely be back.

Slightly further away from our sporting venue in Rockhampton, but this was offset by the convenience of local shops, Woolworths, takeaways, close by when we returned each night.

I was very tired after flights all day and then driving a rental car. I was a bit confused about how to enter the property but rang the manager and he guided me in. I would have appreciated seeing someone who could have welcomed me in but understand that one person cannot be everywhere at once. The lights seemed to be a bit dim for my liking. Not a big deal.

We liked the Privacy. And it was quiet.. no noisy neighbours, even tho close, we didn't see any. The apartment was clean, tidy, had 2 aircons, ensuite was massive. A large fridge with freezer. Washing machine, dryer and clothes line, and even washing powder.

The stairway. My husband finds it difficult to manoeuvre on stairways, and we weren't aware there was any. Also, the manager was not available at all times, esp when wanting to stay an extra night...finally sorted it the next morning....and we did stay another night.

Very well positioned to access all the attractions we wanted to visit, very close to shops, services, and dining. Very relaxing and quiet position, clean, well equipped, secure with excellent friendly and helpful staff..

My stay wasn't long enough.

The unit was very clean, excellent layout, the air-conditioning is AMAZING and the overall space is fantastic. Beds were great too.

No internal door Mats, I found we had to sweep a few times as we brought in alot of grass and dead bugs from the front door. Definitely not anything to complain about though.

the units were the same as last visit, so we knew what to expect. the grandchildren enjoyed the pool, the adults enjoyed the bbq facilities and the pool room. location was good.

the units were the same as last visit, however the lack of crockery and utensils was a tad disappointing. only 2 small coffee cups, 4 glasses, for a 6 person unit. thankfully, family were in the other 2 units we booked, so we shared.

The apartment was clean, tidy, comfortable and well organised. The beds were comfortable and the linen was nice. It had most of the things that you need for a short holiday. The location was good for us - a short drive to Rockkhampon and about 45 minutes to the beach. The pool and recreation area was clean and well kept, which is great for kids.

The apartments are starting to date and you can see a bit of wear and tear. Overall though, they are very good.

It was so amazing after being on the road for a week to settle into a modern townhouse. The place was clean, spacious and had all the bits and pieces you would need like a washing machine and dishwasher. There was plenty of parking and our request to park our motorbike trailer was approved. The kids loved the pool and made friends with other kids in the resort. Was close to a Woolworths and other amenities and about 10 mins from Rockhampton. I could not fault this property.

If you are travelling with a family of 5, this apartment costs around the same as 2 motel rooms in Rockhampton but you get an entire apartment with space for the kids to escape and great family areas too, full kitchen, laundry, lounge, dining, courtyard. It is about a 10 minute drive to Rockhampton CBD so well worth it. The communal games/ pool area is great also. Quiet, easy check in. Linen provided. Air con in all bedrooms. We will be back.

The host was excellent and the townhouse we stayed in was very well maintained and quiet. Comfy beds, water pressure was good in the showers and kitchen has everything you need as well as a decent sized fridge.

It is a fair way away from Rockhampton (20 min drive) but for what we paid, it was great compared to what other paid to be closer to the city. Price per night is a little high but as previously stated, well worth it compared to prices closer to the city.
